I've stayed at the hotels on Quebec in Denver for 7 years in a row over Labor day weekend. This was my third stay at this location. Sadly, upon arrival we find that the hotel is under full renovations. There was zero advance warning of this information upon creating the reservation, or any point in the 9 months between reserving and checking in. We noticed only the first 3 to 4 floors were covered in plastic to keep the construction dust out of the common lobby area and decided to roll with the punches and ask for a higher up room to avoid any inconvenience. We got a room from the pleasant front desk clerk on the 7th floor and everything seemed fine despite the eyesores which we could work with. Surely they couldn't be doing too much on a Sat/Sun/Mon of a holiday weekend? What we ended up working with was drilling, hammering, and who knows what else IN THE ROOM NEXT TO US in the morning of all three days of the holiday weekend. I'm a light sleeper as it is, so this was obviously a terrible experience. The cherry on top was when we went to enjoy the mountain view on the last day, they were power washing (or something) on the terrace right above us and tons of water was gushing down upon our patio, leaving us to see the mountains one last time from inside the room, through streams of water pouring down on our patio. The moral of the story is that if you are renovating your hotel, you had better warn people making reservations beforehand, very unprofessional.

Frank the bartender is fantastic. Gave advice on where to go.

The hotel was nice but due to the construction going on it was very noisy.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was being renovated while we were staying here, but it did not interfere with us at all. The staff was exceptional. Zach at check-in was fantastic, providing us with two entrees on the hotel due to my wife and I being on our Anniversary vacation. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are on a budget, want a great stay, and need a balcony to smoke from. :D

Stains on the walls, bathtub clogged, and bad room maintenance. Very dissatisfied.

The staff was very friendly at checkin and hotel was not full but for some reason we were put in a room on2nd floor near airconditioning equipment outside that was very noisy. It was too late for us to change rooms so we just went with it but for the hotel being so empty at the time I am not sure why were were put in that room

This hotel was great! What stood out to me most was the staff; they were always friendly and accommadating and went out of their way to help when needed. They always greeted us and asked how our stay was going. The room was clean and cozy, the only complaint I have about it was the very loud air conditioner that didn't stop making noise even when not in use. I would definitely recommend this hotel, however, and might go stay again myself.

We were very disappointed in this hotel stay. First arrived to learn they had put us in a handicapped room even though the hotel was mostly vacant and it was obvious there were plenty of other rooms available. The room was dungy and smelled musty and like a distant of smoke. The toilet is designed for handicapped and was so high off ground my niece who has short legs was uncomfortable using it. The carpet was dirty in hallways and in the room. ...and get this, first use of toilet it backed up and overflowed. Janitor had to come and plunge so water was all over the bathroom so we asked maid to clean it again and she hesitated. Left and took shuttle to rail station. Called hotel from rail on the way back to request the shuttle and the desk attendant stated we had to wait until we were actually at the station to request the shuttle. Did so and the attendant said driver on the way and will be there in "a few". 20 minutes later we called again. Driver said she's within 5 mintues. 35 minutes later driver finally showed up and stated she did not get the first call from the hotel. Got back to hotel and requested a new room and an upgrade. 2nd room a little better, but not much. Still smelled of smoke. Was going to concert at Pepsi center. Aasked for a map and front desk did not have one. Another customer told me how to get there. After concert - NO parking anywhere around midnight. Next morning went to use business center and the internet access did not work!

The staff was friendly. There is no leaflets or maps to promote tourism in the Hotel. The room was clean. The only problem is that front rooms are really noisy. The staff in the restaurant is not trained to provide a good service. It is excellent that they have a free service to airport.

The drain to our bath did not drain properly. The shower curtain did not work properly. Housekeeping did not stock our room properly. After the first night there we told the front desk about this and still nothing got done.

This was a great experience for me and my family. Close to the airport, well priced, very clean and staff very helpful. My son lives here in Albuquerque and I will stay here every time I visit.

Room was clean and everithing was really good. Breakfast was awesome!

Stay was pleasant. Room was average. Because we were visiting we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel.

Nice place ,good location , friendly staff, for sure I be back to stay here every time I am visit Denver

Nice place , easy to find and cleanest in hotel make me doesnt want to leave this hotel

The experience was not a bad one although some things were left to be desired. 1-Staff was quite polite and helpful. When mentioned that I was looking to rent a car the suggested Airport Auto Rentals which conveniently shares the location with the hotel. I only wish they would have shared this information earlier in the day when I was inquiring about travel. They could have saved me $70 in taxi fare. 2-Speaking of taxi fare, I suggest you rent a vehicle from Airport Auto Rentals if you plan to visit anything downtown. 10 miles is farther than it seems on a map. A taxi ride down to Mile High Stadium costs $30 one way. An auto rental from Airport Auto Rentals is $25/day. Well worth it. While this hotel is convenient for shopping and dining, it's not within walking distance of the hear of Denver. 3-The room we stayed in had a wall register that had a difficult time regulating the temperature of the room. We had the thermostat set to 68. The AC would kick on for five minutes then be off for four minutes before kicking right back on. This wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that it is noisy when it kicks on. Any light to medium sleepers will be awoken when the register kicks in. This does not lead to a restful nights sleep. Overall, I'd stay here again. It wasn't a bad experience. But I can take what I learned from this last trip and be more prepared for any future trips to Denver.

We were here on vacation and was extremely pleased with the hotel. Staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs.

Good, clean hotel. Nice location, and helpful staff.

i was impressed and very pleased with our stay. the staff from housekeeping, front desk to the wait staff were excellent. our food was also very good. the view of the mountains from our room was awsome. we loved our stay and will return. definately recommend this hotel
