My stay was for business and I had to stay here. This was an ok hotel and would’ve been better if the air in my room worked. Staff was friendly and clean room but older scratchy sheets.

What isn’t there to love from this property? It’s located in a beautiful location with a view of Dana point beach and if the ocean water isn’t your thing, you can always relax in their pool after getting a work out in their 24/7 fitness center. Amazing staff who greet you once you enter and wave bye to you once you step out their property. The food options and bar service is amazing as well. Definitely will return to enjoy another conversation at their rooftop where you can remain cozy by the fire pit. Thank you Hilton hotel for an amazing experience.

During my 3-night stay, my room was never cleaned and the towels were never replenished, despite the fact that I didn’t have a sign up or anything indicating that I didn’t want my room cleaned. The room itself wasn’t very clean to begin with, and was very dated and distressed (the door to the room, for example, looks and feels like it should’ve been replaced years ago). The shower took 10 mins to heat up depending on when it was used. Not sure if this has something to do with the fact that this was a handicap accessible room but I definitely would not stay here again.

Am rating the hotel since am hotel manager, Its a clean hotel Good and safe location But i have 2 issues with this place First :when i booked it was not clear about the parking After i booked i got an email that parking is not for free its 40$ a day which is very expensive more than a hotel in Beverly hills Second receptionist never smile They talk to me and other customers in a way like they have authority on us I called the receptionist asked for nife and they said they will send us,after 40 minutes waiting i called no one answered,i went down to the receptionist to ask what happened with the nife she said we dont have room service and when i asked why u made me wait instead of saying that from beginning she was mean and rude to me That happened Saturday noon time

The level of service has decreased. The staff is not that friendly. Coffee in the lobby gets taken away by 10:30 and breakfast ends at same time. I understand that they are managing their costs but there needs to be a balance. And being friendly to everyone (regardless of whether or not they appear to be millionaires) is not that hard. If you son’t like dealing with people, don’t work in customer service. First time staying on the train side. Super loud.
