Getting in and out of the property is a hassle

It is what it is. It’s a great hotel for families looking to have a little bit more space than what a standard hotel offers. That being said, their pool was great (minus the slick tiles around the pool), and their rooftop bar/ restaurant was lovely in the evenings. And children are welcome. Close by the beach. The access to the hotel is a little annoying. You can literally only enter the property from one direction. The north. THATS IT. Now, that being said, we had a wonderful stay. Our room had a fantastic view of the bay, and we watched the surfers every morning.

Very spacious rooms and close proximity to the beach.

I didn’t like anything about this property, difficult to get in, no maid services, in the restaurant they have a really bad service, terrible all the way

Close to the beach

Great stay!

Directly across from the beach. Top floor bar & grill is nice

Location is great but staff and quality very poor. Very very bad experience. I wouldn’t ever stay there again nor recommended to any of my friends. Hotel rooms in bad condition. Rusted parts of tub. Floor we were staying on had someone was smoking weed. I told front desk and the small was there through the night and the smell really bothered me as I have asthma. My worse experience was the front desk crew. A female was helping me and wasn’t welcoming at all when I came in. Her answers were really tough and came across very aggressive. I told her the room I booked looks like it had balcony. She cut me off and said we don’t have a room avail with Balcony. And when I insisted that I wanted one with balcony. she goes it’s $108 upgrade. Assistant manager was next to her. I said why I need to pay more when I already booked and pic looks like it has one. Assistant manager goes you pod with 3rd party and we don’t know how much you paid so u need to pay for upgrade if u want it. The way he said that was very bad and made me feel like I paid $20 for the room. Overall Experience wasn’t good at all and didn’t feel respected as a guest. I won’t be booking this hotel for me or anyone else again.

Pros: Check in process was awesome! Staff was very helpful and kind. The property is very clean updated. There is a very nice outdoor bar on the 4th floor. Easy parking Cons: The bar can be a little too loud at night if your room is near the bar. The restaurant downstairs does not open until 4pm The pool is in the smaller side The beach is walking distance but be prepared to walk! Overall, nice property.

This property is just decent. Rooms look different than photos make them seem. Older rooms and newer furniture. Front desk service is awful. Was also terrible during the stay, no smiling, very unfriendly, etc. The best part was the sweet bartender and server gal at the restaurant. However, the worst part is, I left a jacket in the coat closet. The jacket was my dads who passed away. I had already left on a flight when I realized I left it. Called 6 times about it. It’s been over 2 weeks and the front desk keeps ignoring me and tossing me around to voicemails. One lady said they had the item noted in the computer and would call me back after speaking to housekeeping to make sure. Never got a call back. Since then I have left messages with the housekeeping manager and with the front desk with no calls back. I keep calling with no real answers. Then another lady said they had recently gave a black coat that fit the description to someone else. So they basically ignored me and gave my coat to someone else? Still no call back. Awful customer service!!!

Okay

Terrible value. Our room had a "water view" which was of a dirty stream that was bordered by two highways on either side of it. The bathroom door was an old pocket door that had been converted to a "barn door" that still had the original pocket hardware and required a chain door lock or it would slide open while you were in the bathroom. The rooms required 24 hour notice to clean them, and only every other day. We continually ran out of TP, towels, coffee service and clean glasses. This required us to chase the cleaning truck around, as requests at the front desk were very sweetly acknowledged and then ignored. We never received anything that we requested at the front desk. I asked to check out the night before, because we were leaving at 4:30 am the next morning and was told that the computers were unable to handle that, so no, I couldn't. Neither restaurant was open after breakfast, despite advertising 2 places to eat. Lastly (and most aggravating), when we arrived, we were THEN informed that we would be charged $30 PER DAY to park. Since we were staying 6 nights, that was almost $200 more than the advertised price for the hotel stay.

Good location but run down.

In the morning the view from the top floor was nice. Able to see the beach and that was beautiful.

Great and friendly staff clean rooms would stay here again
