Hotel advertised wi-fi and had no wi-fi. Hotel advertised breakfast and had no breakfast. The hotel manager said that someone must have taken all the bread (there was a toaster but no bread). When I arrived some old man was sitting on the couch talking on the phone in a foreign language. He would lift and say every so often "one moment." After 5 minutes a young man came in and understood that the old guy was his father and didn't speak English. Super 8 should pull their franchise. The Super 8 in Waco near Baylor was good and cheaper than this one! DO NOT STAY HERE. If you only want a bed to sleep on, stay at a cheaper hotel.
Dirty, room smells bad, no swimming pool, they charged extra $20 to change a room. Amateur staff!
The stool wouldn't flush, some of the lights didn't work called the manager he was very hateful, usually our stay here has always been great.
I was informed upon arrival that my reservation was cancelled. I had come to Dallas for an overnight stay and had to return home because there were no vacancies anywhere at any other nearby hotels. The staff was very rude and unapologetic when informing me that they didn't have any rooms, even though I had reserved it online with a credit card the week prior.
The clerk was on phone and had a nonchalant attitude as to whether i stayed or went. The room was quiet and clean
Close to restaurants and major stores. McDonalds 1/2 block away...walking distance. Walmart, Sams Club, Subway, Chick Fil-A, Panda Express etc less about 2 mins away.
This is a cheap mktel, so you can't expect too much. But it need work. Shower drain was corroded. Wallpaper stapled to the walls. AC wouldn't shut off. Furniture was old and needed to be cleaned. Will not stay again. There are better value deals out there.

On 2nd day a friend had arrived with a puppy and went shopping for a pet bed at a convenient pet-mart near by. Which is the reason I selected this motel. The next day, check out time was 12:00. We went out to breakfast, we decided to stay another day on returning that afternoon (1) locked out of room (2) Room not prepared, prior to leaving the house keeper was ready to clean room, called office, was told to call Mgr. the next Day. Not very professional Motel! I had a $1,200 computer in the room, and they had my credit card number???
