The hotel was very nice and had all the amenities you might want including free breakfast, free wifi, refrigerator in room, etc. the staff was very nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay there again.

My stay at the Regency Inn & Suites was horrible from start to finish. We arrived at our rooms (we booked 2) a little after 3:30pm only to find that one of our rooms wasn't ready yet. It was a mild annoyance but since we already had plans we left all of our things in the one room that was ready. When we get back, thankfully, the room was cleaned, only then we found out that our room didn't have a microwave or refrigerator that was promised. Again, a mild annoyance but we were tired so we decided not to make a fuss. As I pulled back the sheets on my bed I found stains and long black hairs all over it. I called down to the front desk to tell him I needed a fresh pair of sheets brought to my room and he told me that I could go down there and get them if I wanted them. So I trekked down two flights of stairs to get what I assumed were clean sheets. When i got back to the room and unfolded them I saw that he only gave me two top sheets, no fitted one. At this point I was beyond mild annoyance. It only got worse when we went into the bathroom and saw that our tub and toilet were dirty. We didn't even bother saying a word to the front desk and instead we went to a local Wal-Mart and brought cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. The next day we had plans to go to the Dallas Zoo and we left around 11. When we got back a little after 3 we came back to find that once again our room was not clean. The housekeeper was on our floor, so we just assumed she hadn't gotten to our room yet. So again we went to our companion's room to wait for our to be finished. While we were in there we got to see the housekeeper 'clean' their bathroom. And by cleaned I mean she took a cup, held it under the sink, filled it up with water and then preceded to pour the water into the toilet. That was it. She then asked with an attitude if they wanted their room vaccumed. They told her no so she grabbed their trash spritzed the doorway with a few blasts of Febreeze and left. We waited another 30 minutes thinking she would have ample time to clean our room. When we went to check nothing had been done. When we called down to the front desk they told us they would send her back up to clean. A few minutes later they called back and said that the reason she didn't clean our room was because she had it written down that we were checking out that day, Sunday, July 17th. The only problem was it was Saturday, July 16th. The man at the front desk apologized profusely and said that he would have to bring us new sheets and towels but our room wouldn't be cleaned. A few minutes later the housekeeper knocked on our door, she all but threw a bundled up wad of sheets and towels on my bed and just looked at us. My roommate said all that we would need is the bed changed and the towels picked up but nothing other than that. The housekeeper started shaking her head and she said, "no pay, no clean" the rest was in Spanish so I can't say for sure what her explanation was but the jist that I got was either she gets paid per room, or paid by hour and she was done for the day. Either way our room wasn't getting cleaned because she wasn't getting paid for it. So once again we got to change our sheets and not only that but we got the added bonus of putting up our own towels as well. The cherry on top of the sundae was when we were checking out a woman came into the lobby irate because she had left an expensive shirt in her room a few days before and she was demanding it back. The clerk at the front desk explained to her that nobody had turned in a shirt and he then asked the housekeeper (who was sitting at the breakfast bar eating a waffle) if she had seen it when she cleaned up the room and her response was, "Ooops, I forget, I no clean." The clerk went back to the room the woman vacated days ago and found her shirt still hanging up where she left it. I have never been so happy to check out of a hotel in my life.

was told every room had a refrigerator and microwave but when we get into the room no refrigerator and microwave was sitting in the middle of the floor. A/C would barely blow even on high. Sheets and pillow cases were covered in dust. Non-Smoking room smelt like an ash tray.Every part of the breakfast was watered down. The waffle mix was so watered down making it impossible to cook all the way through. Coffe, orange juice and apple juice were watered down to the point they were just colored water. Staff was the only thing pleasent about this hotel.

Found this room fast and cheap for a Ranger game. Room was gross enough to gag a maggot. Carpet was STICKY.The hallway smelled of marijuana .... Alot , morning and night then quickly covered with a "leather" smell. Ewww again! Bathroom towels were stiff ... Only bar soap and small tiny shampoo bottle. I was afraid the bathroom floor was gonna cave in. TV cable didn't work properly, room phone wasn't plugged in neither was clock. No coffee maker. Mini fridge looked like it was from a junk yard. Wanted to ask for money return but was too tired and in a hurry. Eww

I enjoyed my stay and like that they upgraded the TVs to a 50 inch flat screen. I got all of the same amenities as when I stay at a Holiday Inn but didn't cost me near as much. I will definitely return. Staff was amazingly polite, it's nice to see some hotels still provide good customer service.

We had some issues when we first got here, Priceline booked us in a smoking room without our knowledge, and because I'm pregnant I absolutely couldn't deal with the smell. I informed the front desk of this and they told me they were completely booked but they would spray the room as much as they could. They sprayed, I went to Home Depot which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, grabbed some air freshener and made the room as fresh smelling as possible. The manager told me and my husband if there were any cancellations we would immediately be moved to a non smoking room. We were moved the next morning, went to a new room, where we had another issue beyond the hotels control, and they moved us again without hesitation to an even bigger and nicer room. We've been in this room for about a full 24 hours now and I think it's great. The manager went out of his way to help us out, helped us move all of our belongings to the new room, and was very nice about everything. Being from New York I'm used to people not really caring and doing the bare minimum for their customers, it was refreshing to have someone really try to help out. There's also a pool here, which I haven't been in because the weather hasn't been too warm but hopefully I'll be able to check that out tomorrow! Definitely recommend this hotel, nicely priced, not too far from Dallas and its walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and stores.

Very dirty, stayed 3 nights. Had change my own sheets first night, house keeping "forgot" to clean my room 1st day. Apps check in floor was dirty and sheets were stained looked like room had been stayed in. 2nd day after house keeping cleaned my room had to change my own sheets again because she didn't even put a fitted sheet on the bed... just covered bed with ONE flat sheet. The blow dryer was broken in room. They didn't have a replacement... wouldn't let me use am empty room to dry my hair... was told to find house keeper and ask her to let me use one in a room she was cleaning.. when I did her response was " no he (man at desk) is crazy" everyday same maid had her 3 year old son with her while cleaning rooms. On day 2 (day after she forgot to clean my room) she got mad at me because I told her I needed to get dressed and then I would be leaving so she could clean. She rolled her eyes and told me I was the last room and she was waiting on me (at 11am) after I told her this she came in on me as I was dressing then left the door cracked and stood in the door way until u was done... the "free breakfast" was only waffles no cereal in the container no fruit nothing...every morning it was like this... the air unit in the room was broken off the wall. And buttons didn't work to turn temp up or down.

Rented 2 rooms. The first room was ok it just had a tv from around 1953 in it (sarcasm). The second room was DISGUSTING!!! The floor wasn't vacuumed, it smelled like somebody died in it, there were yellow stains on one bed and blood stains on the other bed. I asked for a refund and was told no because it had been more than an hour but when we checked into the room we didn't even go inside because we just flew from Florida and went straight to dinner but wanted to check-in first so we didn't lose our reservations. Which was a complete lie because I manage a Wyndham property in Florida myself so I already know how things work. The next morning he offers me a different room and gives me keys to 2 different rooms to look at and BOTH rooms were worse than the first one. I didn't see one house keeper the entire time I was there, and the pest control company was there in the morning spraying multiple rooms for bed bugs. HORRIBLE customer service, DISGUSTING property, REGRETFUL experience. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We have stayed in microtel before and this was the first time in this location. Room was dirty floor was sticky pubic hair on towel sheets stained Yellow and the breakfast was minimal and stale. Nothing hot except for waffles.

The main reason I reserved this hotel was for the airport shuttle, which was available according to the Wyndham Rewards website. I called the hotel the morning I was to arrive to inquire about shuttle details, and was told there was no shuttle. When I arrived at the hotel, I told the desk clerk about my frustration, and he did not seem to care at all.
