The staff was not available at the front desk when needed. TV did not work properly. When we arrived ti check in system was down and we have to return 1 hr later and had to wait for another 30 min with “system” issues.

Guy was complaining about someone looking into his window. The elevator was broken. Everyone and their mother was slamming their doors all night. a Semi was parked across several parking spaces. Someone tried to open my door around 2am. But those towels sure were soft and linens were white! Employee at desk was friendly.
I am still waiting on my bill. I need it in order to expense my stay as this was a business trip. There seems to be some confusion about what room I stayed in. As an example, after I checked out, I was called about some other room that I did not stay in and told as I hadn't removed all my items I would be charged for another day. It was a complete clownshow. Elevator is in poor repair and buttons are covered with vomit or some other substance.
Price was reasonable and in a convenient, quiet location. The only real bad part was the room had a smell to it and the pillows were lumpy and need to be replaced. The bed was comfortable enough.

I called to inform this property that I would not be checking in until very early in the morning and when i arrived at 5am i was told i didn't have a room and the woman at the front desk wouldn't even look up my booking after it was already paid for a 3 day stay. so i basically just gave this company 400 dollars for no reason. The lack of professional help with the situation was horrible, the worst I have ever experienced in the 3 years I have been traveling and staying in hotels 6 nights a week. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemies.
Not much i did like. Was out dated, carpet and walls were dirty doors were dirty and did not shut all the way. "Or at least mine didnt" not much privacy with the windows. There was mold in the bathroom and ceiling spoting from moisture or water damage of some sort. And not much for food options and amenities were scarce. Feel like i need a refund.

The property is kinda old and a bit rundown. The room seemed to be okay and relatively clean, but the elevators were nasty. Hallways were a bit rundown. Ice and vending areas had no vending.
