Staff. When I checked in, me and a few other guests had to wait 10 minutes before a clerk was available because the same clerk that checks you in was also the one acting as a waiter and taking orders at the hotel’s restaurant. I don’t know if they were understaffed at that specific time but I would recommend having a dedicated staff member at all times.

This hotel is great if you want to be close to DFW airport. It’s modern and has spacious rooms. They can provide dinners and have a good range. The included breakfast is great and there’s a small range of snacks and drinks I will happily stay here again when passing through DFW
