Waited for shuttle for an hour and a half and finally a Holiday Inn Express shuttle from another property took pity on me and took me to the hotel. Shuttle service is woefully lacking in the evening. Morning shuttle was fine and driver really nice and helpful.

Great service

Rug needs redoing. Tub leaks and dripped all night. Toilet runs and needs fixing. Bed very comfortable

Nice enough. A little run down. Definitly not spotless. Well used for sure. No breakfast. No repleshment for the second morning. But i wasnt unhappy, just not super impressed. They did let me have late check-out. Not having to rush the final morning was very nice. Thank you!

Smell bad, fridge was left open so carpet was wet. For the price we paid the rooms are out of date. Bath tub was dirty and chipped. Will I stay there again no way. Elevator wasn’t working so we had to go down the stairs, which was very hot and muggy. The only thing good was they had air conditioning and it worked well.

At first when we arrived the clerk was not friendly in the slightest and when I had questions about the charges he did not make anything more clear and was very dismissive.When we got to our rooms the tissues and toiletries were not stocked very well which was fine for the first day.On the second day when we had gotten back to the room we did not have towels, toilet paper or trash bags so when we called to the front desk to ask about room service before I even finished my sentence the same clerk sounded very annoyed and jumped to say there was no room service unless you were staying for 5 days (even though we were there for 4) so we had to go to the lobby to get all the items that were needed.And when I had asked what we were to do with the trash we had the clerk stated we had to leave it all in the hallway including dirty towels(which also explains why a lot of the halls were full of trash and smelly dirty towels).The best experience I’ve had at this hotel was the pool which was very clean and the seating area was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay other than our bathroom door wouldn’t shut the sink wouldn’t drain the bathtub wouldn’t turn off we didn’t have toilet paper whenever we got there and it took an extra two hours to get a room that I had already booked…the second room. Also we thought the bar and breakfast restaurant would be open and they are not because of Covid currently. Staff was very friendly and handled hundreds of flight cancellations the best they could that day. And my second room the air conditioner filled the floor with water so if you stepped on it with socks you were wet. There was also a smell of mildew on floor 3 the entire way to my room that reeked. Bernie the manager is very kind and went above and beyond. The staff did their very best.

The Holiday Inn was a great stay. Bernard the manager was great & showed that true Texas hospitality. The shuttle driver was also very friendly & I enjoyed the conversation on the way to the airport

We booked this hotel specifically for the free shuttle service stated on the website. I called to confirm before booking with both the hotel attendant as well as with the corporate line. When checking in I asked what I needed to do and was told to arrive at 7am. At 7:20 still no ride and we were told 15 more minutes. A shuttle did arrive but it was NOT free ($35) and I came back inside to ask what was going on and why they had arrived to get me but wanted payment. The front desk worker acted confused but another hotel guest said they never were able to get a ride from the airport to hotel either. We ended up paying the $35 as opposed to possibly missing our flights. Horrible! I could have stayed much closer to the airport at a nicer hotel with actual free shuttle service for $35. They need to remove the free shuttle service label if they don’t actually provide the service.

The people were friendly yet professional. The room was clean and was the perfect size for what I needed. It was clean when I went in, but since I carry cleaning supplies I left it clean, too. Great place, great location, good people, and close to a variety of restaurants. Loved it.

the location close to the airport is a positive for the facility. negatives include - 1.not being able to access internet, hence i couldnt do the things i planned doing while there. the staff member i called for help hung up the phone on me, without offering any solution, i was left disappointed. the good thing is that i was there for only one night 2. the elevator close to the reception area was out of service by the next day prior to check out. i had to drag my heavy luggage through a long detour to another elevator. this was made worse because there were no available trolleys to help to carry my luggage 3. "no breakfast" because of the pandemic was another joke.

The main problem was the WiFi it did not work in my room at all and I use my laptop daily for work which really sucked because I had to turn on my own hotspot when the hotel provides it for free

Hi, my name is Robert Moore fromReno NV.when I checked into his property they told me they will be able to provide a shuttle to and from the airport, this is true however on more than three occasions to shuttle service did not come through therefore I have to spend more than $25 just to get back to the hotel from the airport. My last night the hotel that they use to provide shuttle services called courtyard they were told they were providing me a service by picking me up they never did and I had to spend another $30 to get back to the hotel. So you're asking me if I enjoyed my stay at this holiday inn your answer is no.......
