Fun place great people bartender was great If this isn't enough I'm sorry

Great stay, staff was courteous and friendly! Every place we wanted to visit was easy to get to (ATT Stadium, SMU, The Bush Library, downtown Dallas, Highland Park, Northpark Center)!

This was my second stay at the hotel. Staff was very pleasant and eager to help. Location is quite centric and convenient. The problem during this stay was a consistent gas smell in the hallway of our room. We notified the clerk and he was going to notify maintenance but this was never corrected. Although disappointed with this stay, we would consider staying at this location again.

When I arrived on August 8, 2015 to the Hotel, the concierge appeared to be not as cordial as she is supposed to be. Because, I had to acknowledge her, she did not ask me my name, I had to pause before she could even think about asking me my name. My room 333 was full of smoke smell, although I thought it would go away even after I had sprayed Lysol. The smoke still lingered. Afterwards, I had tried to get comfortable I said to myself that I did not order a room that is for smokers. I had ordered a non-smoking room. I went downstairs to a new concierge, she was more pleasant. She apologized and made sure that her staff was aware of the smoke in the room. She changes my room to 703, which was the room that I had initially ordered. I wish I would have known beforehand that the hotel was under renovations, I would have not purchased a room from there at all. The tub had peeling paint. Otherwise, you can tell that room had a new carpet, counters and furniture. Why did they not give this room to me in the first place? Their food was not the best at all, especially their grits-taste like mushy rice with no taste or powdered grits. I think in the future the room should have bottled water to pour in the coffee makers. Sincerely, Devonae'

We were there for a concert in the AA center. The Hotel was very close to downtown and many other locations. Very convenient.

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn to be close to the Dallas Market. It's very convenient for the market center, almost within walking distance, but they have a shuttle. Staff were very courteous and amenities good. We ate in the restaurant and were happy with the standard and variety of food on the menu, it saved us going out after a busy day at market! The rooms are spacious with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked this hotel for a long wedding weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Great selection for breakfast.

The Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Market Center will forever live in the shadow of the Mega-Star Hilton Anatole, the giant jewel of the Hilton chain; just next door. But being next door, it can enjoy the same neighborhood attractions, and the easy-off, easy-on access to Interstate 35 while having lower rates, free parking, and fewer amenities. The first night has barely comfortable, with an thermostat that refused to drop below 75, and the constant roar of highway traffic and airport departures. Once reported, the thermostat was immediately fixed but it would have taken a pre-construction onsite survey, and building redesign to control the noise. I was surprised to see that the fitness room is now equipped with three treadmills, three elipticals, and enough weights to keep a dozen guests busy. The absence of a continental breakfast was softened by their complimentary coffee, so I walked to the Anatole, host of my three day conference for a conference complimentary breakfast Overall, a friendly staff that quickly responded to my needs,a convienent location and affordable rates.

The hospitality, beginning with a polite, warm reception helped everything to begin on the right foot. They greeted my guest by name, welcomed him, provided hospitality answered questions. Everything was spotless Due to business responsibilities little time was actually spent in the hotel.

Stayed three nights. They let me check in at Noon (normal is 3:00). Staff members were always friendly and welcomed me each time I re-entered hotel. I attended a conference next door at Hilton Anatole. Short 5 minute walk, mostly through a parking area. Hilton Garden was half the price. Had a supper and a breakfast in hotel restaurant. Fine. Good service and good food. Complimentary coffee was very good quality. Complimentary USA Today at front desk. No time to explore local area or Dallas as a whole.

great stay, reasonable rate, great service, nice rooms

great staff, clean rooms, close to restaurants, and activities

Good experience. Rooms were clean. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great location. Would defintely stay here again

Comfortable spacious room. Great service. Professional staff. We stayed in an awful room the night before and the extra ten bucks was so so worth it.

The room was very quiet, so that was good. There was a microwave but not a single microwave dish or spoon. The bed was very comfortable. They have a placard that says if your towels are hung they won't change them, and if I was there I kept them to it, but if I was not there, they changed everything. That is such a waste, but I find most hotels are the same. It was hard to find the hotel because the address is Stemmons Freeway and we did not know that Stemmons Freeway is just the access road for the 35E Freeway. The staff was always very courteous and helpful.

Thank goodness it was not hot outside because the a/c did not work the entire weekend. The staff upon check out was very awesome though in regards to making sure that I was a satisfied customer before I left. I did call them twice to tell them the a/c was not working but it was never fixed. They comp. my room due to this experience.

Great location and staff. Room was comfortable but smelled strongly of smoke. It was a non-smoking room.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location - easy to get to Uptown Dallas for great eateries and lounges, the airport, or Downtown. Comfortable rooms and a bar. What more do you need? Great for travel on a budget.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we enjoyed being within three minutes of downtown.

Requested a non-smoking double, and received a smoking double. Everything we wore to bed, could not be worn again, because of smell in room and beds.
