Hotel Staff are very friendly and the rooms were clean.

The Staff was helpful and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was almost NO noise level which was extremely nice compared to many hotels I have stayed in.

Staff very helpful, room clean and comfortable ,everything I needed vas available, had a great stay, free is always good as was the breakfast and snacks and happy hour in the afternoon

Really enjoyed my stay and it was a good experience!

Otherwise excellent stay was marred by a front desk snafu involving misplacement of an important package that had been delivered for me, and by poor TV reception in room. Significant amenities include a complementary full, hot breakfast and an evening "Manager's Reception" offering free appetizers, beer and wine.

When you book, be sure you know what type room you're booking; not all rooms are suites. Staff was friendly, helpful. Our room was clean. The in-room fridge and microwave were handy. (Our fridge froze items though, even after adjusting thermostat.) Beds were adequate. Sofa bed mattress was pretty dreadful and cheap. Breakfast was good. Hot options included the made to order omelets, then there were also eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, French toast, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fruit, bread, etc. The evening reception was okay. Free drinks, sodas, snack fare. The swimming pool is indoors and fun for the family. It can get very *loud* if there's more than about 10 people in that room (all the noise just bounces around off walls and ceiling). My kids loved it though. Location seemed central to many things. They have a shuttle but I didn't use, so can't comment in that. Market Center, Medieval Times nearby. Would stay there again.

When I first arrive and check in. A gentleman name Andre at the front desk check me in. This is where the problem begin for me. After checking in with Andre. I went to the room that was given to me. It turn out to be a handicap room. So I came back down stair to speak to Andre politely to switch to a normal suite which is what I book for on Orbitz. Instead he lied to me and said they ran out of room and because I book through Orbitz I get what is available. Therefore, I ask when will there be an available room that I can switch. He said that they are all book through the weekend. Which I felt he was lying since I didn't see a lot of car park in the parking lot. At this point I was very frustrated but I held my composer and spoke to another staff who look like he was the manager. I explain to him the situation and he switch my room right away. Out of all the Embassy I have stay during my business trip. This is the first that I ever had a bad taste because I knew the staff was lying to me! Even after telling one of the supervisor by the name of Shawn. Instead of apologizing on behalf of his staff. I felt he was defending the staff and their policy for booking through Orbitz. I'm not asking for freebie. Just provide the room that I book!

Suite room had very uncomfortable sofa bed. Curtains had yellow stains in them and one had a clearly visible cigarette burn hole in it. ac made a loud noise all night and did not cool well. Not a well up kept room.

We had issues with housekeeping not visiting our room. Waited in a very long line at the front desk to speak to a manager about it. A visiting manager was on staff at the time. He had me write a long statement about what happened, along with my name, address, and phone number. He promised us that he would send housekeeping to our room to clean it, and offered to mail us a voucher for a free night. Housekeeping never came. We never received that free voucher, either.

The locaton, service, food, and reception were all up to grade.

The hotel was great, the staff fabulous...my family love it!!! ;)

Always stay at this hotel for location and awesome breakfast when attending Dallas Market. The only thing we didn't have this time was Dallas Market Center did not send there shuttle service to hotel but Embassy sent their van to take and pick us up. Thank you Embassy Suites!

The hotel was nice, but the lobby/atrium area was undergoing remodeling. There should be an additional discount when this is the case.

very nice interiors designs. plenty of space, good location, quiet rooms, grate service.

The hotel room was nice. It was clean and very comfortable. Great location in Dallas for access to the entire city. The breakfast and the 5-7pm spread was cool, but the food was mediocre.

We walked in to a glorious view. The check in receptionist man was so nice and multi tasking at a nice pace. The food was very delicious all of the staff was very legitimate and concern making sure we felt welcomed and all of our needs were met. The rooms we cozy and nice!!! Awesome pool!!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The hotel staff was friendly and made sure my trip was perfect. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, and offered great suggestions on dining options around the area. I love the daily happy hour, and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Dallas.

At check in we were greeted with smiling faces and speedy service. Room was nicer than expected based on reviews we had read online. Room was decorated with updated furniture and artwork. Bed was super comfortable, my only complaint was with the pillows; while there were plenty of them, they were on the small side making it difficult to get completely settled in bed. We ordered room service which was delivered in great time and set up on our table. Location is close to downtown and Market Center area. Great establishment...thanks for a wonderful stay!

The Embassy Suites was perfectly located just 5 miles from the State fair. Upon arriving to Dallas, we had a couple of brewskees at the manager's reception and before leaving to Fair Park we had a good hearty breakfast. The chef prepared a delicious omelet and the rest of the food items were fresh. The room was comfy and amenable for a night's sleep. I will recommend it.

Major problem upon check in. Was told my room had been upgraded from a non suite room to a suite room. Sounds great, but they informed us it was a SMOKING room! ! Yuck ! That is Not an upgrade. The front staff insisted that they had no other rooms available but after much arguing got booked into a suite non smoking room. The room itself was nice and spacious. Didnt have time to check out the pool or gym, but the breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired. It was way overcrowded for the amount of staff on duty. The juice machine was broken! Had to wait several minutes for clean spoons. Overall the food was ok, the line was too long to wait for the made to order food. The evening reception was nice. I enjoyed a flavorful sangria. Location of the hotel was right off the highway and close to the American airlines center where i attended an awesome performance by Michael Buble. Overall my stay was ok but could have improved in several areas. This was my 2nd stay there and my experience the first time was definitely much better.
