With wooden plank style tile throughout & sophisticated coastal décor, this completely renovated condo will meet all your vacation needs. The living room has 2 comfortable recliners and a queen size sofa bed. A 46 inch flat-screen TV with AppleTV is provided for entertainment. There are solar shades to dim the bright morning sun when needed.
The dining area has a counter-height table with 6 comfortable chairs for a better view of the water. The capiz shell chandelier adds coastal charm. Custom mirrors line one wall providing a gorgeous panoramic gulf view for everyone to enjoy.

The kitchen has been totally renovated with quartz counter tops, new cabinetry & marble tile backsplash. Three bar stools add extra seating. Christmas stay

Our stay waa very relaxing and nice. The unit itself (604) was clean, comfortable and nicely designed. The added tips at checkin for the tv came in handy. The property is nice and beautifully laid out but several things either werent as described or not functioning; inckuding the pool and jaqcuzzi both being ice cold so we couldnt use it. We did appreciate the quiet of the location and the beach although it was further away from restaurants and town than we were expecting. Overall a very enjoyable stay!
