BEWARE Condo needs serious attention for the price
This unit needs serious attn!! Based on the pics of the unit, I could tell it needed updating, but I can look past that for a weekend, I really can, and I can look past the mismatched furniture. I have stayed at many different condos throughout the years in Port Aransas and this one was by far, the most expensive and most disappointing. The dirty curtains were hanging off the rods revealing dirty, broken plastic mini blinds. The dining room fabric chairs were filthy. Some of the ceiling tiles were "propped up" in areas revealing the "attic space." There are no ceiling fans throughout the unit. No vents or AC vents in either bathroom..hot hot hot. The MOUSE TRAPS in the hot water heater closet could have been placed in a more "discreet" spot where a toddler couldn't get to them....The closet doors could not be slid and closed at all, as they are off the tracks and broken. There was no space, just a few shelves, to put kitchen pantry food items. The linoleum is missing in spots all throughout the unit. There had been repairs done, but they were done very poorly and were pretty obvious. Everyone did seem happy with the mattresses, and beds were comfortable. The floors did seem to be clean as we could walk through barefoot and still have clean feet afterwards. Plenty of bathroom towels. Because of the price of this unit and the condition, I would not rent another property from this management company ever again.
