- Access to the laundry room inside the condo - no need to go downstairs to use the public laundry room
- Plenty of balcony seating with amazing views and sounds of the ocean
- The unit also includes beach chairs and cooler so you can leave these big bulky items at home

A fully equipped bright kitchen welcomes you with a beautiful backsplash in ocean shades that keeps the beach in mind. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The wide island includes 3 stools. Behind the bar, a gorgeous wooden table seats 6 with benches and chairs. This dining table accommodates everyone for a meal together or a game of cards. The living room is made for relaxation with two chairs and a sofa.

The star of the space is the wall of windows which show the Gulf. Slide open the doors to the patio with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the breathtaking views. Sharing the view is a bedroom created by a sliding wall. Two queen-sized beds, benches, built-in cabinets and a nightstand give everyone their space. An accent wall and wooden art make the area feel like the ocean is inside with you, all while you listen to the waves outside. The nearby bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower with beautiful tiling and a glass mosaic style floor.
The bright master bedroom features a king-sized bed, two nightstands, and a side table with a 42 inch TV. Vibrant art carries the sea theme to this room.

Located about 7 miles from downtown Port Aransas, the golf course, shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Beach driving access is conveniently a mile north and south from Gulf Shores or You can just walk down our boardwalk and enjoy the sand between your toes!

Quick vacay

This is the 2nd visit to this property. The ofc staff is aĺways extremely kind and the condo is very nice. First issue was we got there after 5pm and the office was closed. I had a vm from the ofc to call back for the code but couldn't get a hold of anyone. Finally checked my email and it was there. Little frustrated by the time i got into the property. Wish the code would be sent earlier as well as a text notification. I don't check email very often. Second issue, there seemed to be renovations going on next door and OMG the noise was jarring. Sounded like a jackhammer. Must've been removing tile. Good thing we didn't need naps because it went on most of the day. We only had to endure during lunch. Otherwise.. great stay!

Girls beach trip

The property was clean and provided everything we needed, including beach chairs. Short walk to the beach with multiple showers to rinse off. The patio offers a beautiful sunrise view! Very happy with our visit!

Relaxing-

Our unit was very comfortable and had all we needed to enjoy the beach, cool and relax. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and soaking in the sounds and the views of the ocean. Very convenient to be right on the beach!
