Liked the gated key card access for parking and the parking and building was patrolled by security guard after dark. While the lobby and rooms were air conditioned, didn't like that the hallways and elevator was not.Also the 3rd floor ice machine only worked the first day I was there.

No Air Conditioning in the lobby, room was not ready on time. Elevator is scary clunky and loud... desk clerk was friendly and helpful, but you obviously don’t care much for your employees if you leave them sweltering in The Houston Heat this time of year... and if guests have to wait in the lobby, then their comfort means nothing to y’all either.

Good location for shopping and food. Secured parking however. I wasnt to fond of the one way in one way out.

Floor of the room was pealing up. The room and the hall way smelled horrible. Can tell this place was flooded.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms has roaches everywhere. Couldn't sleep thinking they would crawl on us

An ok room for the price to crash in. Nothing very nice about it, but I needed the location and didn't want to pay a lot. no fridge in the room and the window lock did not work

The room looked good. The restroom was clean. It was good for a one day stay.

when we first walked into the hotel it was like walking into a sauna. our hotel keys had to be reactivated twice during our stay. I liked that the rooms had hard floors instead of carpet but our room had a spot where it was coming up and it felt like you were going to fall through the floor. also there were doodles and writing all over the windows and mirror. The lighting in the room was very dark and there was only a tv in the room. The only positive thing was the staff. they were very polite
