This is a nice quiet hotel with great staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included and great options. The only issue I had was the actual floor on the third floor. In the room and in the hall, was really bad. It was concerning how hilly the floor is. I would stay here every trip to Houston except for the floor.

The power went off and did not come back on. The front desk kept saying it would be on within an hour, then two hours and three hours and then nothing.
