I did check out 3 hours after i checked in. The bathroom did not have any soap/shampoo. The fire alarm was going off every 30 min. I wasted my money. Very sad

I was met at the reception desk by a friendly receptionist. She was polite and expeditious. I got to my room and was surprised by the spaciousness. The bed met my needs and the room was clean. I have seen the negative reviews, but I like to find out things first hand. I had booked for a night, then extended. Enough said. Price was right and room was clean.

First room we got was not up to par but they moved us right away to a different room that was much better. It's been awhile since I'd been to an extended stay so I was suprised the rooms weren't already stocked, you have to ask for every little thing you need but the room fit our needs and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again in the future.

The experience was really great; the front desk representatives has been helpful and accommodating from the moment we checked in until we checked out! The hotel experience has been great for my pet dog as well; the hotel is very pet friendly and they made the while trip very relaxing not only for me but for my pet dog!!! Will definitely recommend this location and will use it again when coming back to San Francisco!!!

The hotel was conveniently located. The bathroom sink had mold under the rim along with mold in the tub around the faucet area. You had to get kitchen utensils, coffee pot.. Everything from the front desk. You couldn't get a towel unless you brought down your used ones. Another family member was on the 1st floor and looked old. They had an oblong toiled seat on a round toiled! Our room had been updated in the kitchen area a bit and this was on the second floor. The Marriott next door where a relative stayed was 100% better.

Dirty hotel check your rooms before you take your stuff in the room, specially check your bed no matter where you stay.

Excellent service attentive staff. I forgot my razor and sure enough there they had one for me , its the little things that count . Will do again .

Staff needs to be more friendly and learn to smile. The Asian woman has such a miserable look and attitude. She's always rude and doesn't ever look happy.

The checkin was straight forward, but when I got to the room, I called the front desk to ask the location of an ice-machine. The clerk informed me that they did not have ice machines, since there was a full refrigerator in the room. When I pointed out that I did not want to wait a couple hours for water to freeze, he said to come to the desk and he would provide some ice. He gave me a half dozen ice cubes in a plastic bag and told me he was not supposed to do this. When I told him I was unhappy and would not stay in an Extended Stay Motel in the future, he said that he is told that by a lot of guests. The lobby (?) was two chairs in the entryway and the breakfast was coffee and mini-muffins or granola bars-it was advertised as grab and go, but even so! There was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. There was no newspaper provided or available to buy.

I guess it wasn't too bad for being in Richmond and feeling safe enough .

Filthy doesn't describe it. Dirty bedding. Wet dark stains on the floor. Bugs. Management? Who? Where? A phone number is irrelevant if nobody answers. Ever. If this could be negative stars that would be accurate. Too late to go anywhere else. Slept in the car in their parking lot. Literally. Then moved to another establishment the next night even though 3 nights were paid for already. Waiting for anyone who cares to resolve.

This is a great hotel and affordable always a pleasure to stay at.

nice stay

rough start but they made it right

First room we got was not up to par but they moved us right away to a different room that was much better. great for pet owners
