The location is not even remotely close to Berkley as one is led to think. There are no non-smoking rooms at all contrary to the offer. The staff is ignorant. Online reservations are not something they know how to deal with. The room had a grungy feel and look with carpeting from the previous century, ...

We enjoyed our stay in Hyatt Regency- San Francisco. The location is very convenient- near BART and other means of transportation within the city. Loved the view from our room.
