Scenic bayside location; convenient place to leave a car and explore San Francisco by public transportation. Staff was attentive and responsive to our needs (I was set for a nearby medical procedure and needed a quiet place to rest and recuperate post-operation.) Nice bar and restaurant with Bay views, outdoor deck. Not a new facility but decently maintained. Good walking paths on and around the property.

Person behind the Lobby reception let us know that we can check out by 12:30 last weekend because we’ve been in a wedding so My Wife and I started to take our kids and ourselves personal belongings to the car so we stopped at the lobby by person I know so we stayed talking for like and hour with them so when I come back to the Room all my drinks the I bring we’re disappeared, still 12 oclock , they told us we can check out at 12:30 , so I don’t know why someone get in to the Room if we didn’t Check out yet , so disappointed

It's always a turn off when one has to pay for parking at a hotel. All that is, is a ploy to squeeze money for the patron. Hiltons! You're filthy rich! Stop already! I'm disabled and had to park way to far from the building and then had to pay. Very inconvenient. I got lost seriously! The Ice machines are not conveniently located. Hallways and look the same and lead to different buildings. I had to ask 2 different people how to get back to the lobby. I'm almost 70 yrs old and ended up outside at 11:15pm! Finally a nice man walked me to the right door to get back to the lobby. The rooms are clean and adequate.
