Nothing, bugs flying around the doors, you had to walk through them to get in the buildings

Most (not all) of the staff was nice and the restaurant was nice (but overpriced). Our room was barely average and all the way at the back of the hotel facing a poorly maintained parking lot with a view of overgrown weeds, beat-up asphalt, and a dirt mound where construction safety netting was up. The first room we were taken to was still dirty with unmade beds from the previous guests, the hotel didn’t even know it hadn’t been turned over when they sent us to it, and left us in there while they rebooked us into the room next door. The toilet in our new room leaked constantly, leaving a puddle of dirty water in the bathroom, even after we called to have a repairman “fix” it. It took several attempts to reach someone to help, and the fix was unsuccessful-the puddles returned immediately. The new room only had a half roll of toilet paper and an empty tissue box in the bathroom, flies buzzing around that we could never get rid of, and the tv just showed “no signal” on some of the basic cable channels. The touchscreen info center in the lobby looked cool but didn’t actually have any information - the screens displayed nothing when you made a selection. Overall, the amount of money spent to stay at this hotel was a complete rip-off. I won’t be using a Orbitz or any other similar sites/apps for any vacation in the future - we saved no money, got a crappy flight option, and a terrible room in the worst and least maintained parts of the hotel. I want my money back.

I love the hotel and location. They should repair the road leading to hotel

The property overall was very nice, the area was kept clean except for the area where the property meets the water. I know that the area may not belong to the hotel, but as we walked around the on the path, there was a lot of trash in the water and the side of the path. This did not give a great impression on me regarding the property.

The only thing I don’t like it is why they charge per parking

Sheila at the store was wonderful. The Marina was stunning, especially at night. The walk right there at Cesar Chavez park was wonderful. Great pool and jacuzzi. Great staff in the hotel. Some small misunderstandings with restaurant staff. Would definitely go back again.

Very loud. Air/heater needs to be replaced. Old and loud. The elevator was next to our room and even after changing rooms we could hear it all night. Loud and ragety. Besides the noise from the thin walls, the elevator and heater noise the place was clean, nice area and comfortable beds

Tried to call from San Francisco to see if I could check in early. Was put on hold for over 30 minutes. At some point in those 30 min, I decided m to drive there anyway and was able to play the front desk their own on hold-music on speakerphone, as I was still on hold. They then gave me a room that smelled like some smoking grandma’s never-bathed dog ( mildew). After requesting a change, we got a better smelling room. The surrounding area is nice. This room is okay .. but. Overall, meh.

My favorite place to stay each time. Great service and beautiful location.
