Our room was filthy and had not been clean. We called the front desk and they changed us to a new room and the staff was accommodating. The new room had a musty smell; however, it was fairly clean so I dealt with it. Also, is a lot of construction going on so finding the street into the hotel is not easy and access in and out can be difficult.
We had to switch rooms night 1 out 5 to a room with a crap mattress and no hot water for 3 days
Nice place priced reasonably with easy access to the city. It needs some attention to detail, though, or I just had bad luck staying there. We had no toilet paper in the bathroom. The waffle maker was not turned on for breakfast so my first batch poured right out of it. Scrambled eggs were not served with breakfast, only hard boiled eggs. No big deal but not perfect.
Nothing really unique. Just close to our venue and easy access to the interstate.
There was clearly lots of smoking going on in this non-smoking property... It reeked. Everywhere. If you're sensitive to smoke, this really isn't the place for you. The pool clearly was not functioning... The water was still and had growths/was dirty. The breakfast was decent.

The hotel is currently being remodeled and it will be lovely once it's finished. The staff members are extremely courteous and the rooms well maintained.
Very nice hotel and staff. Room very clean and hotel very clean. Staff all friendly and patient. Very appropriate place. Tons travelers for cheerleading n sports tournament while we were there. Pool was loud w so many kids in hotel. Outside landscaped nicely. Next to red lobster. Across st from gas station. Not far from downtown Columbus. I’ll stay here again w my husband n kids.
Just passing through on the way to DC....all fresh, clean, nice breakfast. Staff was cheery and polite. Would recommend!
It was nice, clean, the only thing, was there was a family in the next room, and their kids screamed and cried until they finally went to sleep
This was a very nice hotel for the price. We checked in pretty late and the desk person was very nice. The room was really comfy. I have no complaints at all. The breakfast area was clean and nice and the woman working it was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
Booked last minute for a weekend get away. Good rate, clean room, and friendly staff. They are ey as close to all the amenities as the description would suggest; however, it was still reasonably centrally located. I would stay again
We came to Columbus to visit the AQS quilt show at the Columbus Convention Center. The hotel was convenient for us as well as clean with a very pleasant staff. We would certainly be willing to stay there another time.
The Cable did not work. I arrived at 8:pm and the cable was out all night. No explanation was given. I was told several times that it would be on in a few minutes. At 12:20 am it still did not work. I had to go to the front dest twice for keys. Each time I was given new keys they did not work. Third time the charm. There is nothing really around this hotel. Bad location. I will not go back to this hotel

I apologize for your lack of toilet paper. I trust our Front Desk staff was able to supply you readily when you notified them. Our breakfast is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Some items are out beforehand but our set up isn't usually complete until just before it's time for breakfast to begin. Any particular offering is rotated daily. I believe on the morning of your departure we served open-faced bagels topped with scrambled eggs, cheese, and crumbled bacon in lieu of another egg offering. You may be correct that chance may not have been in your favor if you were set on plain scrambled eggs. However, try as we might, neither I nor my breakfast hostess remember anyone pouring batter on a cold waffle iron that morning.
