I was satisfied with the operation of your Rodeway Inn. Have stay there several times in the pass.

The room was comfortable, nice and clean. The front desk person was friendly.

Staff said i smoked in room just because i had half cigarette on the table that i had smoked outside and was saving for later. So they took my 50 dollar deposit. This was at the end a horrible stay and they assumed over having evidence of me smoking in room

When we arrived there were lots of people sitting on the ground and in chairs all across the front of the hotel so we had a bad feeling and asked to see the room. It appeared to have been broken into before, the door gasp was pulled from the door jam. Pool and spa facilities had a sign “closed permanently” and smelled of smoke all throughout the hotel. Contacted Orbitz CS because we arranged to pay at arrival for this reason and we’re told we had already been charged so the Orbitz agent was able to have the money refunded. We would not have stayed regardless. Thank your orbitz for stepping in and helping out.

The experiences here is always great. I will stay here again in the near future.

Non smoking area was given nor not offered. The breakfast was nothing to even tell. The staff were unfriendly, No phone in the room. no clock, holes in the bedding. Paint was coming off the wall in places and the floor in the bath room was dirty. Only a few towels. We stayed only 2 nites because of the condition of the room. Staff smoked in front of our room. Again I would never use the facility or recommend this to any one else.

If you do the extended check out they'll charge you $30 and then they'll let their Maids walk in on you the maids will not get punished they will not have to say they're sorry you will get blamed for it worst hotel ever! Management cusses you out if you go and complain on them and then if you are talking to corporate or if you go through like a web one of the travelocity's or Orbitz or anything like that and complain they will stand there and listen to every word you have to say also it is near impossible to find out who the franchise owner is to get compensated for anything that the maids break

It was a good experience staying at the hotel.. Had a clean and comfortable room. Nice TV with cable. I would say. I would stay there again..

Our room had a lot of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. There was no cover plate over the bathroom light switch or the smoke detector box, the toilet seat was too large for the toilet and there for bathroom door wouldn't shut, the curtain had pain or something on them and wouldn't cover the whole window since some pins that hung them were missing. It wouldn't have been so bad had there not been a bright light right outside the window. Unfortunately there were no other rooms available so there was nowhere else to go. The night manager couldn't help us but we spoke to the day manager Steven H. who immediately called the maintenance person to get these items fixed. Steven went out of his way to help us getting our flight boarding passes printed, recommending places to see in the area, and helping us out. Despite the bad luck with the room his helpfulness helped overshadow all the problems we had with the room.

Maybe my worse motel stay ever - room smelled so bad we had to move to another - in new room carpet was one big stain. Witnesed a fight(actual fight) just outside the main entrance one afternoon - cops had to be called twice by the staff within my short stay.

Just like everywhere else in CO Springs, the owner/management does not put enough of the profits back into keeping the place up. The maint man is left to making repairs with electrical tape rather than replacing damaged items. Functionally it makes no difference, but for the price they charge it would be nice to do away with such eyesores. Also, there aren't nearly enough electrical plugs for someone traveling for business (computers, hotspot, printer, etc.)

Kids running halls at night, dogs barking, and shady people lortering and smoking under every shade tree. Facility is trashy. (Abandoned vehicles in parking area)

The reason this hotel was terrible is because, when we first walked into the room, it smelled like urine. The hide away bed had used linen on it, that had bed urinated on. Secondly there were kids running up and down the hallways all the way up until 10 pm. I called the front desk to make them take care of it. But I'm still inversion why kids were just running up and down the hallways in the first place. Lastly, the hotel sign is still an old sign. Want sure if we were at the right hotel. Thanks goodness the price wasn't that bad.

Dirty, scary. I didn't even go on the room. Was there with my 8 year old daughter and did not feel safe. It seemed like a vagabond hotel. Their paperwork maids fill out regarding cleanliness the rooms was sitting on the front desk and they wanted to put me in a room between 2 others labeled "CLOSED FOR MOLD" another comment written down was "Closed. HOLY HELL!!" No thanks. I don't care if I don't get money back. Health and safety of not staying here are worth it

We are sorry you had trouble with our strict no smoking policy. This review was posted anonymously so I cannot directly respond with the evidence we found in your room. Smell of smoke and cigarette butts found in our rooms at check out will result in a forfeited deposit.
