It's a cool hotel. Tons of art pieces and sculptures. Hotel bar was good, tasty drinks- we were able to use our resort fee to get drinks. Got free upgrade which was awesome. Downside was - 1. not safe to walk around and lot of construction in the area 2. AC wasn't working best in the room unfortunately.

Very fun, well-run hotel, younger and more dynamic feel then the typical corporate hotel. Recommended!

It was great

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately one of the two elevators was closed the whole time we were there

Spectacular hotel right in the center of downtown Denver. Very cool bar and restaurant. Fabulous decor. Only complaint was one elevator was not working, which delayed everyone. Also, parking next door at the cultural center public parking isn’t connected, meaning you have to drag luggage on the street if you don’t use valet parking. Still totally worth it. Amazing room!

We only stayed for one night. The bed was comfortable and nice and big. The room was really nice. Great bathroom set up.

The lighting in the room was very poor. Not suitable for working. The room did not have normal lamps. Parking was expensive, cost more than the SUV rental per day. But the biggest issue, is that checkout was at 11:00 AM. I did not read the small print, so I was not aware of that. I checked out at 12:25 pm and was charged $50 dollars. I was told that the fee was per hour, and should be grateful I was not being charged an additional $50 dollars for the portion of the second hour. In all my years of extensive travel, I have NEVER been charged for a late checkout. I will never stay here again and strongly encourage everyone to stay at a different hotel.

Unique property in a very walkable area. Restaurant was good and the patio area was really nice.

After booking my suite on Orbitz, upon arrival to the property I was informed that they had no room for me and that I had to move to a different hotel for accommodations in a regular room not a suite as I had paid for. Management was rude and useless, I will never stay at this hotel again and make sure that I do my share to make others aware of what they are capable of and to stay elsewhere.

My flight to Denver was delayed by five hours which meant I arrived at the hotel to check in at roughly 8:00 PM. When I arrived I was told the manager needed to speak with me in order to tell me that they had already given my room away mind you this was only 8 PM and extremely unacceptable considering I have booked over a week in advance. They did however relocate me to a Hampton Inn which to my surprise was an acceptable hotel although not comparable to what I’m used to while staying at the art hotel. While the staff were friendly, this whole experience has put a bad taste in my mouth and I cannot see booking here in the future.

The hotel is beautifully designed and right next door to museums. Check in was easy and it was nice to have the $20 hospitality fee we paid go to food and drink. And the complimentary snacks and drinks was wonderful. The only thing we didn’t like was the $40 daily parking charge but we know this is typical for the area.

Proximity to red rocks amphitheater and overall music theme are great, but the positive ends there and is wiped out by the atrocious management of this property. Our room was not ready until long after checkin time and we were late leaving for our concert entirely due to the mismanagement of this property. Many other travelers encountered the same problem. No food available after concerts, which is ridiculous. Cups in rooms are not wrapped. Staff was polite but no effort was made to make this right. We will NEVER stay here again. Very expensive to be treated so poorly. I’d much rather drive another 20 minutes for some peace, value, and after-concert late night food. Glad we are not staying here for the three additional shows we are attending this week. Golden, here we come.

On the positive side: The location was perfect for museum visiting, and we were able to walk everywhere. We found there were much cheaper parking options available near the hotel. The hotel was comfortable and rooms were spacious. The snack and breakfasts in the restaurant were tasty and the setting was very nice. Problems: We had to ask for pillows that were not huge and uncomfortable. We didn't know there would be no room service until we asked and were told it was upon request only. The staff was pleasant but the restaurant was very understaffed and the waits were long. Having the lobby on the 4th floor was rather awkward, as there was no bellman when we arrived to help with luggage and no real directory to tell us where the lobby was.
