Overall stay was good, however I had a very noisy inconsiderate neighbor who kept me up all night... it was a very unfortunate situation.
Other than the fact that this hotel chain is very reasonable for all that’s offered (free parking, WiFi, breakfast etc), this particular location offers a shuttle service to the trains, buses or basically anywhere reasonable like just to go get dinner. I was amazed when they said I could just call the main desk for a pickup even though the shuttle service runs on the hour every hour. Close enough to DC (15-20minutes) Would definitely recommend
Heater in room wasn't working and door to room wouldn't shut all the way sometimes making it easy for someone to push the door open to get in the room (Room 505). The front office staff when I was greeted was primarily concentrated on what was on their phone. The attendant in the morning for the breakfast area was very polite and helpful. 3 out of 5
Unfortunately I will not be selecting my next trip throughout your site. When booking I requested a king size bed and it became available and it was reflected on my itinerary. When arriving to the hotel the person in charge said that I paid for a room with 2 bed and that other guests had priority over my reservation. So I ended up with 2 beds . The lady clerk was short and rude without offering me any other alternatives. She made it feel that she booking through orbitz you became a less quantity customer. . The room has noisy and we could hear lot of loud mechanical noisy coming from different places. After a long day out you want to come to a place that is quite and confortable but this was not the case .
Staff were very hospitable. The shuttle broke down on 2 of our 3 day stay. So we had to use Lyft to get from the train station.

Had to plunge the toilet when used. Refrigerator was loud and microwave didn’t work. Staff didn’t know how to fix anything. Won’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone..
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure a very pleasant experience. One day we needed to go out but I think the driver of the shuttle van was out sick or so, they not only called a cab for us, but paid the fare. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated the gesture. They come very highly recommended. Thank you for a pleasant stay. We will definitely stay again and recommend this place.
I liked the fact that it was right off the expressway, there was a Walmart and an immediate care center close by. I loved that parking, refrigerator, microwave, and breakfast was included. I didn’t like that the hallway to the rooms and inside the room smelled so bad, old and stale. I had to ask them to change the bed covers. Breakfast was poor quality. When they did have meat other than turkey sausage, it ran out in an hour. The neighborhood was frightening. The hotel grounds had no flowers . Cindy’s attitude was dismissive and I accommodating. I wouldn’t go back to that place nor that community unless I absolutely had to.
Very Friendly and helpful staff, Clean Rooms, My business caused me to miss all but the last morning breakfast, but it was ok.
Room door is not closing properly and Room Lock is working . They changed 2 rooms, but all the rooms are like that.
I was axcused of smoking after spraying a bath and body qorka room spray and waa told they were gonna charge me 250 additional. This was less than 1 hr aftwr i extened my stay. I left rigjt after and they disnt refund my mo ey for the room i didnt atay in.

We smelled marihuana in our room..called the front desk to tell them they told us they would "check on it and get back to us" they never did. I understand theres not much they can do but would be nice if we were notified of any updates in regards to them "checking".
