location good but condition just OK For example there was a burned out bulb in the reading lamp over my bed.

Check in was quick and easy and all the staff that we encountered were very friendly. Our only complaint was that the fridge turns off after 2 hours. And when you’re out of the room for most of the day you come back to drinks that are not cold anymore.

Pros: comfy beds, clean, beautiful lounge area, great water pressure Cons: poop temp was unusable, hot tub was broken, towels were sand paper. We were also NOT told about the 24 hour room service notice so our room didn’t get cleaned and it smelled so bad when we returned the next evening because of the food and diapers left in the room.

I thought prepaid meant that the room was guaranteed regardless if you show up at 5:00 in the afternoon or 4:00 in the morning. I paid for the room in advance and expected it to be available when I arrived. Front desk employee wasn't much help.

Room said it would come with a microwave. I called the front desk they said it would be a more expensive room if we wanted a microwave. Did not provide enough towels. They gave left over shampoo and conditioner bottles instead of providing new ones. No hand soap. Air conditioner made a really loud sound every time it runs.

Motel is fine except the pool area is closed and has been closed for a while. This fact was not disclosed on any website I checked before booking. Why not? Sadly this affects my opinion of the Marriott properties as a whole.

Overbooked with baseball players and did not have a room for us. After driving 9 hours from PA to Charlotte were told we were in the hotel across the street but only for 1 night of the 2 we paid for. We attended a funeral the next day so were not able to check out of that hotel and back into the Marriott so had to pay twice for the second night and manager would not even return phone calls.

1. The hotel was not clean, it was dark and the cleaning staff was highly unprofessional. When cleaning and my family passed, I said good morning; they did not acknowledge me, but continued on with their conversation including the use of profanity. 2. Specifically booked for indoor pool; was not informed by person or website that we had to book in advance. The kids were unable to swim due to the pool staying full. 3. Could not access internet (even after 30 min of front desk trying to help) 4. Air conditioning did not work and no one was there to fix it. 5. They couldn't even provide basic amenities such as coffee; almost zero options for breakfast. 5. Sheets were not provided for pullout bed - security guard had to bring them up because cleaning left at 5:30. Was made to feel as if it were our fault we didn't have the sheets for a 5 person booking. We also had a hard time getting extra towels (only 2 were provided). Worst hotel experience ever. Stayed one night and found a much better place for the duration of our stay.

The property was marked as pet friendly but in-fact, it was not. We were charged $50 for bringing our small dog into the hotel, only to be told at 3am that we must vacate the premise or incur a $200 fine for having a pet in the building.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was actually quite excellent!

Did not have a complimentary breakfast but I should learn to read. Enjoyed our stay.

My stay was good my fist night was a bit rough there was a football team in the room next door the next day front desk changed my room with out any hesitation, Thanks guys you made it work.
