Thé owners work on-site. That’s always a good thing.
Low quality hotel across the board, we should have left when we arrived. Burn holes in the comforter, sex workers having a party in the pool area. My children, my wife and I all have bug bites, I can only hope are flees. I couldn’t have been more disgusted by this establishment. The owners should be ashamed, I’ll never stay at another Clarion!
convenient, clean, good breakfast, good pool
Horrible stay! Never stay here
Booked this hotel for an associate from pictures, seeing the updated lobby & rooms. Pictures are deceiving, it’s not what hotel or rooms look like. An associate said it’s outdated, and his room did not look like the pictures posted. Terrible.
The lobby smelled a little like cigarette smoke upon check-in, but it didn't smell like that anywhere else it in our room so it wasn't a big deal.
The elevator did not work and the did not know when they were coming back to fix it. Said they had a pool however we could not use it because it was not inspected. This was even after I called prior to my trip to verify the pool was open. Would if been nice to have been informed that when I called.
It was your common business hotel.
Great thank you. Everything was great other then housekeeping knocking at our door at 10am

Had a great time! All the staff was amazing. They were very helpful and pleasant.
My partner and I arrived late Friday night/early Saturday morning and we were checked in by the overnight auditor. As soon as we walked into the room, I sat on one of the double beds and noticed something quickly crawl from the side of the mattress to under the mattress. We were exhausted but still decided to look under the mattress to determine what we saw. A CONFIRMED BED BUG was found within 5min of entering our room. We quickly picked up our bags and headed down to the front desk with the bed bug (as pictured). To our disappointment, the night auditor wrote a message to the General Manager that we "found a friendly critter" in our room and would like a refund. Since this incident was in the middle of the night, a refund could not be conducted and the night auditor promised a call from the GM the following morning. This situation left my partner and I stranded at 4am with no hotel. Luckily we were able to find a hotel and sleep. At 3pm I had still heard NOTHING from this hotel regarding the unfortunate events from the night prior. When we called to follow up on the refund (because we had now put our several hundred dollars), the woman at the front desk had not idea what we were talking about and said the GM had already left. Although, she was able to eventually confirm that a refund had been initiated, the lack of customer service throughout this situation made everything much worst than it already was.
There was hair on the bathroom floor, not mine, and some kind of disgusting material on the night table that should have been cleaned off at the very least before a new guest arrived. I reported this to the manager and she thanked me for bringing it to her attention. She apologized on behalf of the hotel, and indicated that they would do better next time.
Just your basic budget hotel. Lots of updates needed. Chipped paint, stained linens, not real cozy. My room had a mix of soft white light bulbs along with bright white light bulbs. Not a lot of attention to detail. Friendly reception. Good location next to restaurants and highway. I wouldn’t stay here again.
Old, tatered and I will not stay there again. The room was way past in need of a update.
First the pool was closed. The front desk said a pump had failed and even when fixed would still need to be inspected. So, no use of a pool on very hot days during my stay. Ironing board was unusable. The internet in the room was basically non-existent. Lost water for an hour or so due to the town digging up a pipe. The beds had sheets for covers, no blankets.
