I thought I booked a view room but it was a view of a parking lot. That’s why I paid so much money for it. It was no better than a $150 room.

The property was clean and the view from my room was awesome. The staff was very nice and professional i will stay again very nice hotel.
It was impossible to open pool gate. The only restaurant was closing very early at 7pm
I wasn’t expected to wait 5 or 6 hours to access the pool, this is ridiculous, I paid a lot for one night and then I treated like that, they didn’t even put note any where online or in the hotel before you check in to let you know about the wait time, beside how rude some of the staff, and they removed the cushions in the waiting area, never clean the tables and they made me do it. Not going there never.
Great staff but unfortunately they made a mistake with my cabana reservation. My room was okay but later had a leak which left me no choice but to leave. Broken wine glasses in front of my room was very dangerous and it being there for three days of my stay was just ignorant.
The beach access from this place is not as easy. We got stuck in ths camp grounds because they close all access at 7pm and we had no idea. The room rate is not worth staying at this rate stay one block away for the same type of convince and the rates are cheaper. We ended up driving to a beach the next morning.
Great place! There was not as much communication about expectations for room maintenance as I expected but all else was great. Perfect location too!
