Awesome staff and property. Always stay here when I’m in Bismarck.

It is relatively new but already run down. Seems like the building was cheap and the staff doesn't maintain it well. It is more difficult in the midwest because of the snow and mud in the winter, but the shower had mildew and there was a lot of general damage around the property. I've stayed in better places that cost less.

Nice place. Well located.

Very dirty, mold on the shower curtain, blood on the wall

Have stayed there for years when visiting Bismarck. This time, the air conditioner was so noisy I couldn't sleep, the front desk staff was either absent or perfunctory, and our room was not made up during the day between the two nights of our stay. The breakfast staff person, however, was friendly, helpful, cheerful, and very good at his job. Next time we'll go to a different hotel.

Reserved a suite and when I got there the front desk person was great but when I got to my room, I walked in on someone changing and getting in to the shower! I went back down to the front desk and they couldn't figure out what was going on but said they didn't have any suites so put me in a regular room. No problem but she couldn't figure out how not to charge me for a suite but assured me the Manager would call me in the morning. After two days and several calls, I have still paid for a room I didn't get and some poor lady had me walk in on them as they were about to get in the shower!

Pool and hot tub not opened, not specified when reservation was made. Toilet had used tissue in it when we checked into our room. Staff didn’t have any recognizable uniforms on to identify them from regular people.

We found out only on arrival that the pool was close. Our first room had a toilet that would not flush and in our replacement room, the drain plug for the shower wouldn't stay up.

If they are going to close the pool they should call the incoming guests so they know before they come!! They list a pool and hot tub on their site. Guests should be made aware in case they decide to change hotels .

The hotel lobby was very nice! The room was clean but the bed was not very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice with a big shower and no tub. The continental breakfast was a little unsatisfying. The juice machine was broken.

Shower & bed were good. Room had flies, dirty nasty curtains, chipping bathtub and no tv remote.

Everything was perfect for us! Very kind staff at check in. Made use of the discount at the neighboring restaurant and the food was excellent! Slept well which was of utmost importance to us on our long road trip!

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed at. Our room was so dirty and gross, even my kids commented on how they didn’t want to stay there. There were peanuts and pretzels on the carpet, a red sticky stain in the bed sheets, stains on the towels, and dirt all over the floor in the bathroom. As I was laying in the bed, a brown bug crawled right by me. I freaked. The pool area was rusty and rotting. The water seemed dirty and the floor was grimy. WORST HOTEL!

Very courteous staff, there was actually staff you could talk too. Room was super clean, free breakfast was excellent. Price was right as well.

The hotel was short staffed and so there were a number of issues. We arrived for check-in at 3:50pm and were told check-in was not until 4pm. The website lists 3pm, but we waited in the lobby until a room was ready. The room was cleaned but you could tell it was done quickly and not very well. There was hair in the bathtub, streaks in the sink etc. The housekeeper was still on the floor and you could tell she was working hard and was rushed. The people were nice but the hotel definitely could be cleaner and some work put into it. The grounds were covered with weeds, the furniture in the lobby is worn and breaking down, there is a lot of rust around the doors and the pool area. It was fine for a 1 night stay since werent going to be spending much time at the hotel, I would recommend staying elsewhere if planning a longer trip.
