We chose this hotel so we could walk to the football game. It worked out great. The hotel itself is only fine. The breakfast wasn’t good. They didn’t clean our room on Saturday though we were gone from 10-6. You have to drive if you want to go anywhere because the surrounding area is unsafe—especially at night. Walking to the game on Sunday was fine because there were so many people parking and walking. The bed was comfortable, but the overall cleanliness was 3/5.

Staff cleanliness

Close to downtown attractions. Bed comfortable. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was terrible, milk expired, no coffee, food ran out. When I complained I was simply told, “Breakfast is complimentary anyway.” Carpet and ceiling stains. Could not access room safe, sink drained slow and told no maintenance available on weekend. No remote or coffee in room; housekeepers scavenged nearby rooms to find replacements. Won’t stay there again.

Very nice and modern lobby and restaurant area, overall room was decent and clean, AC unit was noisy and kept waking me up. Front desk was understaffed and Mgt was no where to be found. Felt bad for the lone clerk checking everyone in. Took a good 45 mins. to be checked in with less than 1/2 dozen people ahead of me.

1 hour and 21 minutes in line to check in. One person working the desk. No greeting- just asked for license and credit card.

Great location near points of interest and surounded by good stores and bars. The swimming pool and restaurant were out of service, but Orbitz never mentioned it (their website does). The lady at check in very unfriendly and did not explain properly the procedure to get our room cleaned, or even how to get there. The gentleman at check out was very polite and wiling to help. Great hotel overall; they just need more motivated employees.

Friendly staff. Clean. Poor AC

Check-in was very slow and delayed by the fact that too few employees were on hand. The restaurant was closed, so no dining options were available. Housekeeping never made up my room during my stay. But at least the bathroom was super clean!

The check in process is a joke , takes 30 minutes , slow..2nd time i have stayed this month same issue , also breakfast , both visits they didn't have as promised, staff didn't show up to operate the breakfast.

The stay was decent. Property could use updating as it is old.

location

Good location.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good clean sleeping quarters with adjacent parking lot. Well received by staff. Room and bathroom clean.

When I arrived we had no coffee maker. Had to ask for one. Coffee shop closed, bar closed, the remote control to the t.c. Didn’t work except on certain channels, no ice. I have stayed at this hotel many of time and it was great. This time it was very disappointing.

There was no free breakfast as stated in Orbitz description. They had no real food for purchase; not even water.
