Shady Place. Don't bring your family here.

I agreed to a price of $111.12 after seeing my credit card online I was charged $119.30 and 2 charges of $60. I will be disputing charges. Also this facility didn’t even have hand soap in the room plus the water from fridge was leaking all over the floor. I understand it’s not a high dollar hotel but a bar of soap to wash my hands would

The guy in the lobby was great and on top of it. When we came back because the room was smoky, he apologized and issued us another room. The description on their websites says they offer breakfast, but post Covid they just give you a paper bag with a pack of cheese crackers and peanut butter, a cup of fruit, and you can get a cup or coffee or juice. It was pathetic.

This was by far the worst hotel that I have ever been in. There were no towels in the room. It was not mentioned at the desk that you had PURCHASE towels. There were no extra blankets if needed. We would have had to purchase face cloths, towels, a coffee maker. A cheap towel was $12. A blanket was $40. I have never heard of that, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life.

The facility reflected a complete lack of maintenance. The room was barely adequate, with an inoperable lamp, musty air conditioning and an overall appearance of uncleanliness. The shower curtain was essentially shredded at one end and the bathtub faucet was loose and nearly impossible to operate. When I decided to shower after checking in, I discovered that there were no towels in the room, necessitating a trip to the office to retrieve a set. The pool and outside barbecue area were, to put it bluntly, in disgusting condition. Prior to this trip, I had assumed that Wyndham had a set of standards for its licensed properties. I have been disabused of that notion. Ironically, the staff was uniformly friendly, but curiously oblivious of their delapidated surroundings. I could go on, but suffice it to say that this hotel ought not even appear on Orbitz’ inventory.

Stayed 5 nights. Requested a hair dryer the first night.... got one the LAST night! Brown bag breakfast 2 days only.... Granolla bar and peanut butter crackers and a cup of tang..... yet NO MASKS required!!!! Bring back breakfast!

I didn't like how the picture on the booking site is different from being there in person. It didn't make me feel comfortable the bathroom waa dirty and musty.

If y’all like cold showers, musty aromas, and a killer highway… then this place is for you.

The highway is depressing and runs RIGHT next to the pool. The parking lot seemed unsafe. We were worried about our vehicle.

One of the two rooms that were rented out was missing garbage cans, towels, washcloths, and the shower handle would fall off when you touched it. The AC barely worked in both rooms.

All was fine and nice to live in.

Workers at front desk were so rude

I didnt like that the rooms were not equipped with build in charging stations i forgot my power brick and front desk had none i had no wsy to chsrge my ohone

Its located right beside the hwy and the traffic is non stop with trucks ,,,,road noisy was horrible

The photos on the website must be 10 years old. Everything was worn out & in desperate need of updating. They were doing construction on the building starting at 7:30 every morning, including sledge hammering out concrete stairs directly in front of our room. Lots of trucks with beeping back up alarms, etc. The computers were down when we checked in, so took forever & we ended up getting charged more than we were supposed to / agreed to. The pool & hot tub were not heated, so unusable, even tho prominently featured on the website. Hopefully, the construction means that they are going to improve this place, but I would not stay here again.

I checked in and the bathroom was not in good condition. Bath drain plugged up, hole punched in bathroom door, toilet not secured to floor. Got moved to a second room, left for a little while and came back. Key didnt work, then someone came to the door. They had given my room (the second one) to someone else while I was away! I ended up not staying. I haven't been charged for the room yet (I was told i wouldn't be) which is the only good thing i can say about my experience.

Room was dirty and smelled bad. Cigarette burns in comforter.

The over charge of 8.17 has been refunded. There was only 1 deposit taken at time of check in , in the amount of 60 and was refunded at time of check out as well. Thank you for staying with us. Hope for you to visit again in the future.

There must have been a misunderstanding to the sign located in the room. The sign is to inform guest if they would like to purchase the items we have at our hotel once they check out they may do so. All items on the list are issued to the guest free of charge during there stay.
