Dirty rooms

Room was dirty, we saw a roach when moving bed around. Sink in the restroom was dirty, room smelled stale and cigarettes. The restroom was not clean at all. We did not end up staying and checked out

It’s great for the price 100% but maybe tell the Cleaning staff to clean under the furniture from time to time because I’ve dropped things and went to pick it up and saw dust and other people‘s trash. Which I ignore. But it is a turn off. I will continue to stay at this location when need be. Thank you!

The room alrhough for most part was clean, there was only a very thin bedspread and sheet on bed. No blanket. The bedspreads were clean but stained. The ceiling fan was a great treat but the ceiling all around fan was dirty and dark. There was an ironinh board holder but no board or iron. There was no coffee pot. There was not a towel paper holder in bathroom and bathtub needed to be scrapped. No plug even if you wanted to tske a bath. The hot tub in pool ares was broken but pool seemed nice. Grounds were pretty and lobby and breakfast area very nice. Breakfast was typical but good. Chrckim and checkout handled welll Although price was reasonable and cloae to UT campus we would not stsy here again.

Nice comfy. It's not fancy. The room sweats a lot and my shower has low pressure. There is no meat on that breakfast. However... great location, the bed lulled me to sleep...and the price was amazing. Oh....and the staff is very nice. I'd stay there again.

At check-in the receptionist was trying to get me to pay their rate for the room instead of the rate i was given on Expedia, she continued to let me know that it didnt reflect on her side and she had no way of knowing any other information other than what she could see. The room was WAAY LESS than advertised , burns in the bedding, pillows were EXTREMELY lumpy, room smelled mildewy and damp. We had literally three towels, a face a hand and a bath. Tub looked DIRTY AND MOLDY, not properly cleaned. Walls in bathroom looked moldy. Light in bathroom flickered off and on ALL NIGHT LONG. Hairdryer had no plugin attached. No iron or ironing board in room, had to go to front desk to ask for one and after looking in different rooms finally came back with bare metal ironing board, no padding and no cover. Will not be staying at this facility again. Management needs to work on cleanliness and equipment of the rooms. NOT WORTH the money in any regard. Very disappointed.
