Nothing! This property is disgusting! It smelled jorrible, as though we were in an enormous ash tray. Every surface in the room had cigerrette burns on them and the unflushed toilet was too much.

St check in they asked before doing anything to check the room. I asked if there was something wrong. They said it was standard procedure at all their properties. We did. The room seemed very old, stained everywhere and with holes in bed cover and sheets. We requested another room. It was worst than the first one. We decided not to stay. We drove back home instead at 1 am!!! I hope neither Orbitz or the hotel charge anything for this fiasco!

My sheets were not clean when I checked in and had to be given another room. There was only one staff member available for service

Didn't like anything…...…....................!!!!!!!!!

The staff didn't maintain the property to basic levels of cleanliness expected of the price paid. Was not provided any amenities (towels, iron, hair dryer). Roaches infested property. Smelling of cigarettes, and broken parts of the building (doors and card reader).

Susie the front desk person was nice. However....she gave me a key to “check the room” out before I finished checking in. When I walked into the room, she had given the room to the oersin in line before when I was checking in. That was awkward to say the least. But. She fixed the issue and put us in another room. Contrary to past surveys online, we did not see any roaches or bedbugs.

We arrived about 6pm. The desk clerk was friendly and supportive but the rooms she sent us to see were all in bad shape.

Room was nice than expected considering it had a kitchenette. Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous.

I had booked a non-smoking room. When I checked in I was informed this hotel is all smoking rooms. I was given 1 small bar of soap to last me 5 days. ( it lasted 3). No daily house keeping service. And After dropping something between the bed and nightstand, on the third day, I discover an extinguished cigarette. Needless to say, I checked out the next day and went to a different hotel.

I booked several nights, but only stayed for one since I had no place to go after checking late. Here is what I remember: - Smell on the hallway. - Have a kitchenette, but people have to prepare whatever to use there. - A bug in a tub, not dead. - Hairs on bed sheets. - The room did not feel clean. - Noise from people around.

Even with their limited staff I have received far better customer service at this hotel than any other hotel I have been at. In my opinion Every hotel needs to model their customer service after Crestwood Economy Studios.

This is not Crestwood Suites. It really isn't even a hotel - they don't replace towels, have a coffee maker or even replace toilet paper. The furniture is old and damaged and the bathroom wasn't even clean. We checked out shortly after checking in. I think this is more of a temporary housing place.

Had an extended stay and needed something more affordable. With the kitchenette, we get to eat in and save even more and be more healthy. Grocery, etc very close and accessible. It does smell like cigarettes in the hall but room doesn't. In the process of updating the hotel - has been bought by In-Town Suites. Staff was great. Bring your own kitchen stuff or go to one of the handy good will or dollar stores. It is not currently provided. A few interesting characters but I always felt safe. 24 hour maintenance and security. Laundry facilities were just fine.

The place was like a flop house. Could not stay one night here.

It was harder than expected to locate the place...felt uncomfortable at first because several people were just hanging around, not doing anything in particular, at the parking lot, main entrance, lobby and halls!

Make the hotel smell better or hired new staff to do a better job!

Everything. Is just wrong. Lol, dirty rooms, only One member Of staff to do all the jobs posible.

Frequent traveler. I will never stay here again my first night I had to move rooms due to the fact that the room they had designated to was FILTHY . The second room wasn't any better. Roaches, hard mattress, blood stains on furniture and doors. ALL AROUND NO GO.
