First, I did not realize what those were, but later found those were part of dead body cockroaches at the door entry, also under the bed. Thus, that became my first impression of the room. Not impressed. I also was woken up in the middle of night by the sound made by the of the desk lamp vibrating because of the I-45 traffic.

The lobby was dirty and the hallways smelled bad. There was hair in the bathtub and a wash rag left on the floor. It is outdated and I would not want to stay again. We cancelled our next 2 nights.

Very clean nice and quite love the kitchen to heat up food

First room we received had an issue with the lock. After checking in we dropped everything off in the room and went to grab a bite. After coming back I noticed that the door was not lighting up after inserting card, but we could go right in. Luckily they didn't give us any hard time about a room that was no broken. Also, that room was quite dirty especially in the bathroom, the water didn't work in the bathroom sink, and the t.v was staticy and didn't show cable. The second room we were transferred to was the completely opposite. The only problem I ran into with the second room was bugs.

We stayed one week and everything was great. Amber, at the front desk, was awsome! She went above and beyond her job expectations! We really felt like it was home by the end of the week.

The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond. They were very polite and even welcomed my dog. Would stay here again :)

I booked a night at this hotel because it was in the right location for my trip, and offered free wifi. Unfortunately, the wifi did not work at all in this hotel, and the staff was unable to or unwilling to do anything about it. These folks shouldn't claim to have wifi when they don't.

Location is awesome ( close to shopping; entertainment; and eating establishments). Hotel staff were very nice and quite helpfull. Rooms are clean but basic. Negatives: On first night half the cars in front parking lot had their windows broken out; Was given a room that still had a guest in it.

we do it again wedding was great easy to get to

Location was close to where we need to be. Lots of shopping near by. We were there to visit family it was convenient to where we need to be.

Girlfriend and I went to attend nieces graduation in Round Rock. Looking for an inexpensive room for one night. Checked in and the service was good. Very courteous. Reserved a queen but only had double beds Going to the room the hallways had a bad odor. Room itself was clean. Beds were hard but did sleep very well. Sure it was because I was tired. The location was a little isolated. Across Hwy was a strip bar. Also, trying to go North was a little difficult. Had to drive the feeder for a while to make u turn to go North on I-35. Will not stay again!

Very nice. Great location and friendly staff. Room was clean. The only thing I did not like was that someone from the hotel staff knocked at 10:52am to ask if I was going to check out... check out was at 11am. I've never had this happen at any other hotel I've used.

Location is about the only thing we liked about this hotel. Hotel is clearly over-priced. Shampoo was not even provided. Will not return!

Fine. Nothing special.

Stayed only one night even though it is extended stay. Room was very clean and comfortable and good size. More than I expected for the price. Security Guard in parking lot. Only problem: arrived after a football game at 11:30pm and office closes at 11pm. Even though hotel manager was in the office, he was almost hiding, siting in the dark and didn't answer my calls for service. Night box which was supposed to have room keys for late arrivals didn't work. Fortunately, security guard went in with us and got the manager to help us. He told us the manager was just lazy. If you can get to the hotel to check in before 11pm this was a very good value.

I was in Austin on business. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was only there in the evenings. I was very pleased with my accommodations. The room was clean. I plan to stay there in the future when I return. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends. It was just as described in the hotel website.

Our room was great. Great service...clean room, but, when we walked into our room that was a non-smoking room it wreaked of smoke to the point of making me sick to my stomach. Very, very strong smell of smoke. To make matters worse they were sold out of rooms therefore I could not be moved to a different room. Make sure that the non smoking room has not been smoked in please...yuck!!!

The staff were very friendly and wanted to help. The room I was assigned to had not been cleaned so I had to get another one. The clerk was gracious. However, I found the rooms to be shabby and the clientele a little scary.

Staff was very helpful, mattress was rock hard and uncomfortable, sheets were not changed in the four days of our stay, neither was the waste basket emptied. Towels, etc.were replaced at desk very comfortably. Room was clean and cool for Texas. Location was good for our need. This was the lowest rate offered in the area and was more like an apartment than a hotel room. There was no restaurant, pool or other amenities.
