Waisted money on hotel that was unsafe , property at night felt unsafe, staff and housekeeping need to be trained better,No manager on sit to assist with any problems or issues. Wish i could get my money back

No hot water in the morning for my shower. Room was sprayed with a heavy deodorant. Too much. Lobby and elevators smelled a lot like cigarette smoke.

The rooms we filthy, no towels, and they appeared to not have been cleaned. When i told the desk staff they didnt care and told be to.leave their hotel. I will NEVER stay at another ES hotel Worst experience ever and i travel extensively. This property is beyond needing a remodel.

This hotel was extremely filthy, as soon as I walked through the doors I was disappointed. There was a strong order and it was hot and stuffy. The staff took forever to come to the desk, there were boxes of paperwork in visible view of the hotel, which made the front desk look very junky. The room was also dirty, the bottom of the tub was covered in dirt, the kitchen amenities were dirty, the sink was dirty, and the pillow cases were very dingy. My boyfriend and I had planned to stay 2 days but we left the very next morning.

The windows were completely filthy and didn’t shut all the way. The entrance isn’t inviting at all and just seems dark overall. It didn’t seem like a safe area.

The property is old! Garbage was not taken out of our room from previous occupants sheets had stains. Water damage bathroom with mold! I would not recommend booking this hotel! Shame on orbitz for having these rooms to rent on their site!

There were no hangars in the closet and no shower curtain when I checked in, so I needed to get those from the front desk.

The advertisement on your site for this property stated it came with a breakfast. It does not. It had coffee and a granola bar. That is a far cry from a breakfast. Room was clean and the rate was reasonable.

Kendra at the front desk was exceptional! A real pleasure to deal with and would definitely cause me to return.

The room was dirty the staff was unfriendly the refrigerator wasn't cleaned the shower looked on clean but I will admit that the manager was the only reason that we decided to stay and give him a chance to clean everything up a second time

Giant hairball on floor in kitchen. Dresser broken and drawer falling out. Green soap swim in shower. Advertised breakfast is a tiny granola bar and tiny prepackaged muffin.

The big pile of dog feces at the door upon checkout pretty much summed up our stay here.

Easy ck in and out, looks ok, room is spacious, clean, bed poorly made, kitchen but nothing to use in it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Extended Stay in Austin, Texas. The staff was extremely professional. They were very courteous and friendly . I will stay there again. The only thing that I feel could be improved is for them to offer a better variety of cable channels for the kids. They did not have very many options of family friendly shows.

The hotel is very dirty. The room was stinking. We found a bed bug on the bed. The staff was horrible. Will never go here for sure.

Just in Austin for a Birthday party and needed a hotel close for the night. Location was easy to find. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean ! Great value for the price!

Room was pretty clean sheets were fresh. Room was basic.

Decent room but a bit over priced for Extemded stay.

We HATED this hotel, and will NEVER use this chain again. The rooms were stinky - carpet was filthy. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The signs said they did not clean the dishes that were for use...so who did? The last guest? Totally overpriced and nasty!!!!
