Giant hairball on floor in kitchen. Dresser broken and drawer falling out. Green soap swim in shower. Advertised breakfast is a tiny granola bar and tiny prepackaged muffin.

The big pile of dog feces at the door upon checkout pretty much summed up our stay here.

Easy ck in and out, looks ok, room is spacious, clean, bed poorly made, kitchen but nothing to use in it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Extended Stay in Austin, Texas. The staff was extremely professional. They were very courteous and friendly . I will stay there again. The only thing that I feel could be improved is for them to offer a better variety of cable channels for the kids. They did not have very many options of family friendly shows.

The hotel is very dirty. The room was stinking. We found a bed bug on the bed. The staff was horrible. Will never go here for sure.

Just in Austin for a Birthday party and needed a hotel close for the night. Location was easy to find. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean ! Great value for the price!

Room was pretty clean sheets were fresh. Room was basic.

Decent room but a bit over priced for Extemded stay.

We HATED this hotel, and will NEVER use this chain again. The rooms were stinky - carpet was filthy. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The signs said they did not clean the dishes that were for use...so who did? The last guest? Totally overpriced and nasty!!!!

The external part of the hotel was agreeable with the eye but internally not so good for the eyes or nose. The 2nd floor had a very gross incence smell and the bed was hard. The tv was an antique. Didn't spend much time in the room maybe for the same reason. Even if your in a budget i would say to spend additional $10 per night on a better hotel.

Not good. Reserved a room with two double bed. We had toshare bed one queen. Not happy

It turns out the hotel was less than 2 miles from my daughters house, where we went for Thanksgiving dinner. Clean, convenient, and affordable, considering it was A&M vs texas weekend.

Room was fine and served its purpose. Was a little surprised to find a previous occupant's food in the refrigerator. The Hotel itself was in a good location, however is in need of some serious updating. Shower heads were not adjustable and water pressure wasnt good. I was out and about during my stay and primarily just needed the bed to sleep in and shower. It served its purpose.

The check in was easy and fast, other than that funny lingering smell, that part was great. We had been out all day so that made it nice. Got into our room and it was cool and clean, which was also good. The beds were a little stiff but the pillows were soft. Bathroom, shower and kitchen were also clean. !!!! One major concern was some kind of running or rolling on the top floor , pretty much for most of the night???

The bed was hard as a rock, the floor would have been more comfortable. The individual in the room next door had the TV so loud we could hear every word from the show, and this was at 2am. I will give credit to the staff who did talk with the individual when I called to complain. The volume did get turned down. The a/c worked, though it was very loud and wouldn't regulate itself.

I had a bad experience! Two map websites gave me wrong directions, which got me completly lost. The website says you have to check in by a certain time or you lose your room and still get charged. I called ESA and told the employee I would be checking late. I told him I would have to call back later for directions. He said that was fine, he would be there to answer the phone. When I called back, nobody answered for 20 min. The answering service finally picked up but she was only able to give me directions from I35, which didn't help at all. I was eventually able to get ahold of the employee at ESA to get directions. When I got to the hotel, I was told I had been moved into a handicap room. I had been looking forward to a hot bath, but the hadicapp room only had a shower. I think the floor would have been softer than the bed. Very frustrating experience!

Room was clean and spacious. Kitchenette with everything from silverware to ice cubes in freezer. Clean and comfortable. Towels and coffee. Ironing board and iron, hangers and plenty of drawers / shelves. Room included a recliner and two desks for working. Good restaurants, malls, cinemas and shopping all around. Only a few things wrong: TV remote didn't work properly so I had to get up a few times. "High speed" internet was EXTREMELY slow...download of 0.25 megabits...frustrating but it did work.

Experience was nice. Relaxing. Good service. Clean rooms.

Check in was extremely fast, the hotel is right off the highway, yet you cant hear any cars or noise. Several resturants within minutes away was a plus. We stayed the night for a George Strait concert in Cedar Park, which was only miles away, great location. Had a great time in Austin, very nice hotel.

The hotel was in very poor condition. Upon arriving at the hotel people were hanging around the front entrance smoking and throwing butts on the ground. The parking lot was littered with trash. The carpeting in the halls and in the guestrooms were filthy and covered with stains. The cover on the a/c unit was broken off and the face board on the vanity in the bathroom was missing. If I had been aware of the condition of this hotel I would never have picked this place to stay. I have visited more than one ESA ( I had friends staying at ESA in RI) in the past and they were always neat and clean.
