Very close to where we needed to be. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast could have been a little better but you get what you pay for.

Right next to interstate & 24 hr IHOP, decent place to stay for the price.

The staff was unbelievably rude. Seriously the worst customer service I’ve ever had. There were roaches everywhere, bugs in the light fixtures, the bathroom wasn’t clean, ice machine on our floor didn’t work, stairs are extremely unsafe. Mind you I’m a healthy 27 year old woman and I fell because of them. They are literally different sized. Thank god I only sprained my wrist. The only good thing I can say was checkout was a breeze but that may only be due to the fact that check in felt like an interrogation. Side note: all charges they made my card are gone and I don’t know what is even going on with this place.

The room itself was well kept with problems. The shower head leaked at the side and shot water into the room, the lock had to be changed twice ending in us moving to another room. Understandable but no help in moving our belongings. The night clerk was smug in letting us into our room because of their lock and had no concern of the use of handicap parking by those not. The cleaning staff was excellent at their job but management was a bit smug.

Great location, and right next door to an Ihop. However it was outdated and the carpet had a big hole in it and beat up walls and doors. Needs some upgrades.

Front desk person was pretty rude. She won’t answer any questions.

Website states "Pet friendly" but once we arrived at the Motel there was a list a full page long dealing with additional charges for pets, food, etc. To me Pet Friendly mean "pets allowed" but the if we had brought a pet it would have cost us $25, which was more then the rate I paid using "Points" and to top it off if we had brought a cat, it would not have even been allowed. So what do you do with a cat in 100 degree heat??? I will NEVER stay in an Americas Best Value Inn again. And to be charged $10 if you removed food from the breakfast area??? What if you just wanted to take a cup of juice or coffee to your handicapped companion. RIDICULOUS and I guarantee I will warn all friends and family about all if the extra rules posted at the front desk!

It was very dirty.. we lifted the mattress to inspect the bed because the room smelled and there was spoiled food or maybe even poop inbtween the mattress and box spring! The front desk lady was rude.. overall experience was terrible!

i request non smoking rooms but they smell like it.

It is what you get for the money... And I don’t mind but last time I stayed there they make me feel like a criminal. At check in have to pay $100 deposit because someone steal a tv the day before. Than at checkout have to wait my room to be inspected to have my deposit back...

The room wasn't ready by 3. It was dirty Bugs ! I only tried this place because of the price... cheaper, not always better !

I liked that they had tried to update it some, but it smelled terribly of stale cigarettes and there were burn marks and damage on all the furniture.

Ok when i checked in the lady that checked me in was wonderful, pleasant and accommodating. Check in went smoothly even though my husband has a service animal, sometimes hotels give us a hard time until they verify him but this lady did not. The rooms are average sized and they are doing upgrades. The location is great and that's where it stops. We went to renew and paid online for the next day (which is how we paid the day we checked in) at 11am they notified me i needed to come to the office). They then told me i would have to pay an additional $25 non refundable fee for paying online and keeping the same room. Otherwise i would have to leave and check in again at 3pm. I told them i wasn't paying another amount of money and we had just stayed there a month ago and didn't have to do that. The black lady cussed at me and told me she didn't care that's the policy and could I read? I explained to her that my husband was disabled that's why we had a disabled room and we had a service dog could I talk to a manager to maybe just stay in the same room we didn't need room service she started hollering at me and called me stupid saying that she was trying to tell me the rules and that I wasn't getting it and those were her exact words I left the office we left and came back at 3 p.m. to check it again and I will never say this hotel ever again they're so rude
