The ABOVE Autograph is newly furnished with high-end, designer touches. With over 10,000 square feet, estate includes a large personal theater, private office, garage apartment with a game room featuring a pool table, ping pong and foosball. Outside you can relax by the pool and hot tub or fire up the gas grill for a cookout. The covered patio has outdoor dining and lounging with fireplace and TV. The large lawn is perfect for enjoying a game of corn hole with friends. Head down to the dock deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the lake up close. This property is regularly set for 19 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 21 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. 3-night minimum May - October. 30 night minimum.

The ease of “click to book” with our travel partners should be viewed as “click to request.” Only through proper vetting can we ensure the homeowner’s needs, and our guest’s expectations are in sync before we can confirm any reservation. **
