Trash cans in room full, shower had soap running down the door. Blanket stained.

The pictures make the common areas look larger. Room was musty. They don’t clean rooms every day. Must stay longer than a week for them to go in and get you clean towels and more toiletries. Business area was right next to the front desk so no privacy reading emails. Printer was low on ink.

Although this location is pet friendly, The linens were permanently stained. Front desk staff did their best to accommodate new linens. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy

Staff was friendly and nice. My room was spotless and I felt safe and secure. It was very quiet overnight, which was welcome after a long day of driving. While clean, the room showed signs of age, but was not a problem. However, the outside of the buildings was a bit of a concern. Thankfully, I have no physical disability preventing movement, but for someone using assistive devices, e.g. walker, wheelchair, much of the concrete was crumbling and uneven, with chunks missing. The elevator worked fine, so that is helpful. I was disappointed to not be informed prior to or with booking, that the pool was drained and being repaired or cleaned. A pool is a reason I choose hotels. I do understand the need for repairs. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, though I was pleased to see a protein option. Having Waffle House right next door was handy, and provided a good breakfast for a reasonable price (considering I didn't choose the breakfast at the hotel).

The place was run down! Didn't take a shower because of the many stains in the tub. The commode was dirty. The bed sheets were clean and that was really important!!

The room looked like someone broke in. Door did not open close correctly. Beds uncomfortable. Tub bottom dirty. Hair in the drain. NO HOT WATER. I want a refund!

The carpet in the room was gross and needs to be replaced with something other than carpet. Bed was very comfortable and easy to find.

Dirty, broken doors, no ice, noisy, did I mention dirty?

Pictures are deceiving!! Very old & run down, Room was not clean, door wouldn't close all the way, carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed, mold on shower curtain, and the worst smell of garbage in the air.

What a dump! Stay any place but here. When I went into my room there was a homeless person sleeping in the bed. They switched me to another room and the room smelled like urine. There is gang graffiti on the building. The concrete sidewalks were in disrepair and unsafe. Stay somewhere else.

We ended up leaving right after we got into our room. Very run down facilities. Large areas of concrete missing in walkways was one of the first things noticed. Major falling hazard. Pet friendly, but no where to walk our dog. Just very shady looking area. We left and went to another hotel.

Great place. It was clean, no clogs, and we stopped by Waffle House for breakfast. Fir the price, it was great!

Location was good. Carpet and bedding stained, shower floor was horrible. Location was quiet and cars were further away so not too disturbing as people arrived late

They gave my reserved room to someone else then gave me a different room after a wait. The carpets were dirty furniture was beat up. Bathroom needed attention. Ice machines were out on all 3 floors.

I would never recommend staying at this hotel. We arrived close to 9pm so tired and ready to just relax and walked into a room that immediately made me want to cry. It looked nothing like the pictures online. I called orbitz and told them it needs to be taken off their site as an option to stay. I’m pretty easy going and for me to call and complain it haha to be really bad. The furniture was covered in stains. I was scared to be near it much less sit on it. I had to request new bed sheets Bc i pulled covers back to climb in bed and long black hairs were on it and a stain. The paint on the walls is peeling off in several places, the ceiling is cracking everywhere. You couldn’t pay me to shower in that tub, the floor of it was black. Stains all over the carpet & bathroom door, the bathroom floor was so dirty. I feel like I could on and on. It was THAT bad! I disinfected everything I could but it was still so uncomfortable. I only slept a few hours before getting up and continuing my travels. I just couldn’t stand being in that room anymore. It was a long day! Also, very noisy! I could hear the neighbor shower, go in and out of their room, everything. They had someone knock on their door it sounded like it was mine. Overall very poor conditions to stay in. Amarillo has much better to offer than this place and for the same price or cheaper! I’m still so upset I paid what I did for this room.
