I really like Caesars and have stayed here many times over the years. However, it has gotten so expensive and they make such an overwhelming effort to pinch every penny out of you that I don’t think I’ll be back. $16 for a bottle of water in the room? $43 for a daiquiri at the pool!? A Keurig in the room but no free coffee ($24 for a 4 pack at the mini bar). Seriously, a $60 per night hotel has free coffee. it’s stupid. Also, stayed 2 nights and housekeeping NEVER cleaned the room…despite turning the ‘make up room’ light on each time we left and texting Ivy (the AI concierge) when we left for dinner. Just not worth it and disappointing.

The place told me that it was orignally 70 dollars to extend the checkout time a few hours after 11am before the date of the check in. Now, we we spoke to the front desk, due to Memorial day, they said 300, which is a shock.

The place has become the worst in Las Vegas! I even had to fight with housekeeping to have fresh towels and to have them to clean my room! Staff are very rude and for this price you can find way better hotels around the strip area! They don’t provide robes, slippers or glasses on the room, I had a paper cup to drink a champagne from the mini bar as they refuse to give glasses on the room. Everything is terrible 😞 Never going back, the place sucks, it’s not what it used to be!

the only thing i’d say is that the staff wasn’t too accommodating of my knee injury, i asked for a wheelchair to my room after walking SO far from the parking garage to the front desk, and i received nothing but excuses as to how long it’d take to get them down and there not being a guarantee a wheelchair would even be available. Also, they didn’t double check that i had a vehicle so i was stuck paying the full priced parking garage fee after going back and forth with the rep on the intercom in the parking garage. And upsetting there was no late check out. Other than that the stay was nice. Thank you

While the staff was ALWAYS friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the hotel very clean, our room had several issues. Thursday around 11:30 PM no water pressure for about thirty minutes - while my wife was in the shower. Friday morning - no water pressure - had to use a bottle of water ($12.00 !!!) from the bar just to get a drink of water! water pressure in Saturday AM also non-existant for about 30 minutes! Toilet seat loose and falling off! Left sink in double vanity drain was clogged and back up nasty slimy water.
