Loved the large sports book area!
No kids! The staff anywhere don't listen to what you say. We upgraded our room to a nicer one, but repairs went on above us. The fridge didn't keep our drinks cold. The fan was frozen. Other than that, really nice hotel. We came here for my birthday, we got drink vouchers. Saginaw's delicatessen is good.
Didn’t like showing our ID every time we walked in the hotel. Security to the pool was worse than at the airport.
1st time here, awesome experience! Recommend? Absolutely!

This is a party party party hotel. Loud music until the wee hours of the night. If you like that it’s great! Food is great!
Check in was ok, no more. Representative wasn't very helpful, spoke way too fast to understand. Room was just a room. Was awaken at 3am by domestic dispute (fight) next door. Had to call front desk to have security dispatched. Ruined first night sleep. I have stayed several times before but this may be last time.

Not far from the Las Vegas strip. Friendly staff, very clean, and plenty of places to eat. Good modern technology. Very quiet from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Best part was, no kids running around.
Super clean and very friendly staff. Great bars and restaurants. Perfect location for Freemont Street . The pool was super cool.and fun. The food at the pool was kinda mid
The rooms overlooking the pool are VERY noisy so careful when booking. Staff was ok but not very helpful when we checked out. Our room was availble for an extra evening but not for a late checkout which doesn't make any sense even if you're willing to pay of course :( Other then that, the hotel is nice and rooms are spacious as well!
Room was beautiful. Very modern. Great locate right on Freemont Street. Kind of odd we had to present ID that was scanned every time we entered building instead of just using room key .

I tend to stay here often. Facility is great, very clean, good customer care and your close to the freeways and food commodities.

Don't clean the room neither do the bed, the shower didn't work and delay a lot to solve the issue. We broke our program and failed to others due this situation
