AVOID!!!!! We arrived just after sunset. When we were given instructions on go to that other building a block or two away, I asked for clarification on how to find our room. None was given other then turn right on first street, then take the first left. I asked if there were multiple buildings to negotiate around, because this place looked like an apartment complex, not a hotel. I was told only 1 building. What a nightmare, we spent 40 mins trying to find our room among the 4 buildings there and could not ever find it. We took multiple elevators, called the office, were exhausted, and mad, and even the local people in the building were unable to tell us how to get there! I had tried so hard at the front desk to make sure this didn't happen but they didn't care and even could not read their own map! Had to demand my money back and book another place and got to our room at midnight finally. I have status at Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and do maybe 30-40 hotel nights per year. This is top 5 worst experiences I've had in 30 years. Front staff isn't properly trained or knowledgeable and don't care.

The resort suite is beautiful. The facility is very quiet. The resort offer shuttle service to the grocery store and their sister facilities that will get you cloae to the strip. However, the front desk personal does not give or explain this information to you. It is displayed on the front desk but is never discussed at check in. The only time meaningful information was give was when the manager, Shawn would ask them for information that was printed and stuck in desk drawers. The front desk personal was the damper on this stay.

My stay was good but when asked for more towels the lady that was cleaning the rooms was very nasty. When she didn't even have to clean ours. The alarm went off in middle of night waking us up when we had an early flight to catch. Overall Good customer service at front desk was good. House keeping needs to be more approachable.

Overall it was a good stay, would recommend it. On the last evening of my fourth day, building alarm went off unexpectedly.after midnight and it took 10 min to resolve the problem”false alarm. The noise was deafening!!! Very scary to say the least, hotel offered no genuine apology or room credit for the inconvenience.
