I’m very disappointed with this booking they knew they had no working boiler and never disclosed it charging people full price. They should have reached out to me when they saw the booking to let me know and give me the option to decide if I still wanted to book my stay. At check in there was no mention that they had no hot water. I had an event that I wanted to shower and get ready for and so first thing I did was try to shower when I got to my room and realized there was an issue when the water wasn’t getting warm. I called downstairs to be told they had a broken boiler they were working on that day and there wouldn’t be any hot water until after 6pm. When I asked why this was never disclosed he stated there was a small sign up by the elevator. The elevator that you only see after checking in to go upstairs to your room by the way. So basically I got charged full price for a room with no boiler until after 630pm. I wasn’t able to shower in my room until 1am after the event I was going to. This all should have been disclosed prior to arriving there and I shouldn’t have been charged full price.

Our check in experience was less than ideal. We got in late after a long day and with two tired, hangry kids after an 8 hour swim meet. The woman at check in couldn’t find my reservation even when I presented her with our confirmation email. She was rude and condescending and basically implied it was my fault and told me I had to deal with the problem myself. She eventually found our reservation but still put all the blame on me and never apologized for the delay or inconvenience. Beyond that our stay was fine. Clean room. Had dinner at the restaurant on premises which was very good and the staff there kind. Good breakfast in the am. Stay was good and would recommend on a whole, but hopefully the front desk help is kinder and more helpful next time around.

The staff was outstanding and extremely helpful and welcoming. Ashley, the main receptionist, was very helpful in particular with coordinating access with Housekeeping, The room was spotless and had 2 chairs which is important when a couple both need to sit-down frequently. The price was also great and appropriate. Look forward to going back.
