Rooms in the back of the resort have no windows. No warm food options for breakfast. Pool and hot tub were nice, clean and well maintained. The guest cocktail hour was an opportunity to meet other guests. The resort had everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

The guesthouse is several decades old, and shows it. The staff was efficient, answered questions, but did not engage conversation to inquire how I or my stay was. Reported a moist carpet at the juncture from the bathroom tile to the carpet in the room. I was told, "It is condensation from the AC" Next day, the wet area covered a good part of the carpet, and soggy. The manager checked it out, and gave me an upgrade, Thank You!!. Upon inspection by the staff, and breaking through the wall, found a leaking water heater. Needless to say, the room was blocked for a few days. A standard continental breakfast which did not vary much in choices. Optional purchase of lunch for $15 was available, mostly sandwiches or salads. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean. The location required transportation to downtown bars, restaurants and shopping.
