You had to flush the toilet 2 or 3 times to get all the waste to go down. management said it was because they were booked solid.it you know how toilet work it was a lie.very very old nothing updated.carpet worn out.smelly stairway. No water in room ask front desk they knew nothing they called main front desk called me back said it because of an inspection and water would be off 45 minutes to an hour.tgey didlet the guests know

Truly falling apart. Beds were comfy. But the ac on the wall was falling apart, sink and tub didn’t drain. Absolutely disgusting. Front desk service was very nice.

The room we had was very large and conveniently located to an exit so it was easy transporting our luggage. Hotel staff was very friendly when checking me in. Hotel is located close to plenty of dining options.

First of all, there's no restaurant as posted. It's closed during the "season" but we were there in late February and if that isn't the season to come to Arizona from the midwest, I don't know what is. Then it gets worse, the "balcony" room has nothing to do with Lake Powell....it's actually just a 2nd floor opening over the parking lot. And by 2nd floor, I mean the top floor becuase this hotel has no elevator or any other way to be remotely accessible. Last but defintely most important, they use a ROBOT to check-in. Not a human....an actual virtual/zoom kiosk. I walked out when the robot kiosk person asked the guy in front of me to give his credit card number for a deposit....out loud in front of the line behind him. You gotta be kidding me....tear this place down or invest in people, not robots.

Empty hotel felt weird and eerie

We booked a king bed and was given two queens due to the an issue with the water heater and there being 0 king rooms available. Theres a robot tele-person that checks you in, which we didn’t like! We want it to be personalize! The hotel was completely empty and it felt weird and eerie.

so so hotel with not clear policy

Hotel itself was ok, room were pretty clean but while making reservation online it did not specify that our balcony room we paid xtra for was not the correct one with the view it was standard room with the view of the parking lot + we usually seek hotels with balconies due to both of us being smokers. This hotel does not allow you to smoke on the balcony which does not say upon booking as well.

The worst experience of my life staying here. Washroom was so dirty. Pictures are totally different than actual conditions of rooms. Rooms smell so bad. And breakfast was included but there was only coffee and stale bread and rotted oranges in breakfast. We paid for two nights but next morning we had to book another hotel.
