Price was right. Room had some problems - lamps and believe or not the Radio weren't working. They offered to send someone up, but we declined, preferring to go to sleep that night. Staff was good, bed and TV good. The bathroom could have used at least a little bit of counter space - essentially, there was none. The place is clean and fine for an overnight stay in NYC if you don't mind being on the northern tip of Manhattan. Great access to GW Bridge.

everything there was amazing, staff were so helpful, and the atmosphere is just phenomenal. the hotel is probably the coolest thing in this location and is super close to the public transit which makes it insanely easy to get to the bigger more touristy parts of new york. absolutely loved it here and would stay again 100%

Clean, cute safe hotel

The rooms were super quiet, even though it was above a busy street. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean. The staff downstairs was always super friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The furnishings were adorable also. Really fun trendy hotel.

Nice Hotel with Wonderful Service

Check-in was smooth, staff was kind and gracious. My room was clean, lovely, and comfortable. The lobby and hallways smelled clean and fresh. My only suggestion (not complaint) would be to provide a standard-height chair. The bar-height chair provided was stylish, but it was impractical and unusable for eating or working on the small and convenient desk. The complimentary drinks were delicious, the bar was fun and well-appointed, the food was delicious, and the coffee bar was perfect. It may be time for carpet replacement in the hallways to the rooms, though, at least on my floor.

Great upper Manhattan option

I selected Radio Hotel because it was the only decent-looking hotel in Manhattan at a reasonable price that day. Location was much farther uptown than I've ever stayed so I was a little hesitant, but ultimately the reviews were positive, so I went for it. Hotel itself is quite lovely. An old building that's been retrofitted into a cool modern hotel. Typical of Manhattan, my room was tiny, but served my purpose. Service was friendly and helpful. The resort fee that's required and only gets you watered-down cocktails or a cheap beverage from the cooler is frustrating but becoming the norm nowadays for hotels. The location is GREAT for someone that's driving INTO the city but doesn't want to drive AROUND the city. Coming in on the George Washington Bridge and taking the Cross Bronx Expressway you can exit very close to the hotel and the on-ramp to get back on the expressway is literally across the street from the hotel. Easy in and easy out. Secure parking garage just around the corner. The subway is a couple of blocks away, but it's a perfectly fine walk. Just plan a long time if you're trying to get to Midtown because of how far North it is. Probably wouldn't be my first choice to stay at again because of how disconnected it is from Midtown, but certainly no regrets. If it was the best option, I would have no hesitation to stay here again.

I did not feel safe in the neighbourhood and spent a small fortune in cabs and Ubers to return to the hotel at night. Also, the hotel hosts an extremely loud Latin dance party some Saturday nights. If you have to stay over a Saturday and value peace and quiet, do check the schedule for those events or you won’t be happy at this hotel. The staff was lovely and helpful nonetheless, and the place is clean. No closet space whatsoever. No coffee in the room. You get what you pay for. There’s a reason it’s so inexpensive.
