The staff was incredibly kind- we got a room upgrade because of an electrical issue in our original room and the staff was wonderful and nice. Coffee bar was amazing- it was our favorite coffee place we went to the whole weekend. For people visiting the Armory- this location is extremely walkable and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at the radio hotel. We requested an upgrade from the room and the lovely front desk attendant was very helpful in getting us into a suite and a very short time. Excellent location if you are driving into Washington Heights- parking right behind hotel (and affordable). Room was clean and super nice. The only item of annoyance is forcing an amenity fee which I did not use and it allowed me to opt out, but I was still charged.
