The staff member (Sandra) that check me in was incredibly helpful and caring to make our stay at the hotel the best possible. The room was as clean as it can be. The A/C system worked excellently. The location is one of the best if visiting midtown/Broadway/Times Square. Subway station to downtown right across the street.

The hotel was recently renovated and all of the finishings were great especially in the bathroom. It’s in a perfect location for the theaters. Our only complaint was the lack of a coffee maker in the room.
