Room was spotlessly clean and a very good size. Had a bathtub with a shower over the top. Superb location with a subway less than 30 seconds away. Easy to get to and from JFK. Breakfast was great before heading out. Plenty of tea and coffee and hot food, toast, bagels, cereal etc. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Would 100% stay here again

We were given the wrong room at check-in, and when we opened the door there was a couple inside, half-dressed. It was extremely awkward, uncomfortable, and honestly unacceptable. The front desk didn’t verify the room assignment properly, and the situation made us feel unsafe and embarrassed. A hotel should never put guests in that position. This really affected our entire stay.

The hotel room was spacious by NYC standards. The free breakfast was an actual breakfast - eggs, a breakfast meat, hash browns, cereal, waffles, etc. Great location. My only complaint is you do not have control of the thermostat for your room.

Great location, so close to shops and restaurants but on a very quiet street with hardly any street noise. Room was spacious and very clean. Had all the amenities you’d need e.g. an iron. Free tea, porridge etc in the lobby. Would definitely recommend staying here :)
