Fantastic location for exploring lower Manhattan. Just steps from multiple neighborhoods and subway lines. It’s clear the pandemic has limited services and amenities, but we’d stay here again. Entirely authentic Soho vibe. Easy access to Chinatown, Little Italy, Nolita, Broadway and West Side. Great HQ hotel for folks ready to take it all in.

The room was extremely small It was dirty Not worth the money at all Very disappointed

The location is great and everything was very unique and the vintage look was really cool.

First the location is amazing, very centric and about 2 blocks from the subway. The area has a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very pleasant and was able to answer all my questions. The room was small, but the ambiance and the decor screamed “SOHO”. The hotel was very clean and the pillows were so comfortable. Overall, an amazing experience! I would have liked to stay longer.

Great location for lower NYC. Close to subway so very convenient . No elevator so need to be able to climb steps. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had an overnight stay . Very nice hotel and convenient to we had to go

Great small hotel with friendly staff. Easy check-in and close to lots of attractions.

Cute boutique-y hotel- stayed with my family of 5. The rooms were clean but it is a historic building and they are small. Had amazing customer service from everyone we interacted with. Our first time to NYC and we are staying at different parts of the city every 2 nights. Close to subways, etc, and some yummy food places.

Super great service and cool atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the industrial look. Very clean and very friendly and helpfull staff. The shampoo and showergel smelled great! Loved the wooden floors. We had an upgrade available on 3rd floor, samsung smart room which was great. Location close to subways so easy to go places.

Loved the location and eccentricities of the very old building.

Bathroom door did not lock. Parking not included = was expensive to park down the block.

This is a beautiful old property that retained its charm. Close to bars/restaurants and in a great location in Manhattan.

Beautiful old building, friendly staff, nice beds, etc. However, they should let people know that there is not an elevator in the building. Reception is on second floor and we had heavy luggage.

Our room was very noisy with radiator piping keeping us awake throughout our first night. Took too long for us to get a new room (and we were only there for 2 nights) Also there “Queen” rooms are very small and the beds are no bigger then a double at best.

Good evening! Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us. We are glad to hear you enjoyed our location and convenience. Thank you for pointing out the elevator. Our hotel is housed in a property built in 1805 and due to the age and structure of the building we do not have an elevator. Because of this, we provide all our guests with bellmen service from 7:30 AM to 12 midnight to assist with luggage. If anyone has difficulty with stairs, we do our best to accommodate a room on the lowest floor. We hope to have the opportunity in hosting you again! All the best, Sohotel Guest Relations
