Aloft needs to do better

The service was ok.Staff could communicate a little better with each other,I will say when I had an issue Jackson was right on it.The hotel is a little ran down can stand some cleanup. There were several areas that were dirty in the hotel and room.There were several pieces of gym equipment that did not work. There’s also a language experience. None of the service maids could speak and understand English

Had a minor issue with the ac on the first of two nights at the property, staff was super accommodating and had us moved to a different room the second night without hassle. Two of the attendants working the front desk that I interacted with were phenomenal- very personable and friendly.

This hotel was not maintained as it should be especially for the price for the rooms. The carpet was stained, tile floor dirty, light switch fell off the wall, and the shower head dripped continuously. The best thing was the location.

Its not bad

One of the reasons we booked here, is because they had an indoor pool. No t sure if the pool heater was broke or if they even had a pool heater. The water was just as cold as it was outside, and there was a freak snow storm with high winds.
