I took a chance and booked this property since many nicer properties did not have availability for one of my nights and was disappointed. That being said I usually stay at top tier properties. This property is very average and is no more than 2 to 3 stars. The rooms are very dated and the location is not that good. Steer clear if you are accustomed to staying at luxury properties.

The MGM Grand is easily accessible from this hotel, but this has a more relaxed vibe. The room was excellent, incredibly spacious with lots of amenities (including a hot tub). The Strip and Allegiant Stadium are within easy walking distance, making this place ideally situated. All the staff were very friendly and overall, I have no complaints.

This was my second time staying here and both times were superb! I enjoy the amenities here such as FREE valet (tips are appreciated of course), the pool, and the ability to utilize the balcony. We were booked for a deluxe balcony with strip view and upgraded to the PENTHOUSE!! I love staying at the MGM Signature whenever we are in Vegas! Short (about 10 min) walk to the strip and easy to navigate everywhere else in town via car.

It does that the bigger hotels such as the MGM are missing some of the simpler things that are offered at smaller hotels and inns. The absence of crockery and cutlery in a fully fitted kitchen is puzzling.

Odd experience

The rooms are spacious which I love. And we purposefully chose this hotel for the spacious room with the kitchenette. But the hotel provided NOTHING in the kitchen. No glasses, no mugs, no silverware. NOTHING. It was very odd. There was a sign that said “for your convenience” the guest must ask for these things. So odd and that’s definitely not convenient for the guest. Also, for three giant towers, it is also odd that there is no convenient food available. The few places there have very long lines and nothing open really past 7pm. But rooms are clean and spacious. So that’s nice.
