Didn’t like that smoking was allowed everywhere. Carpeting is dated Dupar hostess should be more accomadating Rooms were nice Bar at pool was closed, signs said open. Coffee shop should stay open longer. Most of your associates were great.

This was for my wedding night. I stayed Friday night with so I could get ready Saturday morning w/my MOH. Then head to the venue. We held an after party in the Bowling alley for 40 ppl lasted about 5 hours (food, beverages, adult beverages) after wards, about 10 pm my newly husband and I were hungry, it took over 40 min to get food, from the cafe to take to our room. I requested a late check out as it was our wedding night, we were going to check out at 4pm. Paid for the upgrade fee at check in. One of the biggest things that we wanted was to be able to do room service to enjoy the morning after our wedding relaxing and looking at the view (why we paid for the upgrade, and larger room). Only to not begiven the option, kept being told it was not available room service requesting it at 9am on Sunday (during hours of operation). We dialed 0 as it stated and they connected me to the cafe, I explained the situation and they told me that they didn't deliver. I told them that when I dialed 0 like it stated on the TV instructions, they are who connected me. They then placed me on hold, where I stayed for at least 5 min, then hung up. At that point my newly husband stated we will just leave. We went to check out about 10 am, was asked how the stay was. Explained the situation and was told oh well they are really busy. I just got married, the whole reason we stayed there in an upgraded room and paid for late check out, only not be able to do room service or the late check out.

Great, Quiet Place to Stay

My Room 315 had a beautiful view of the golf course. At night you could hear the air conditioner fans, which was a bummer. When I contacted the front desk they did say they have had complaints about the noise; nothing that earplugs didn’t fix. On the bright side, this property was so nice and quiet inside and out! No crazy partying or crazy traffic like on the Strip.
