The parking situation is awful. The ice machines don’t work. The shower had a weird blue substance on the drain and numerous strands of other people’s hair. The body soap was empty when I arrived and even after asking to get it replaced it took two calls and 24 hours. One of two elevators didn’t work.

Hotel gave our room away and luckily got the last suite available, but they almost made us pay for it. The pictures make this place look more renovated than it is. It is not good quality! The bed was the only decent part of the room, but thankfully that was the most important part. Glad I only stayed one night here

I was staying in room #1934 it was raining and the ceiling was dripping inside, the shower was a pool when we taking shower. of 3 elevators only 1 worked was a wait of 30 to 45 min and too many people inside. And was terrible entrance costumer services

This hotel is extremely run down! We were told that if we didn’t arrive before a certain time we would need to wait until the next morning to check in due to being over booked. In addition this was supposed to sleep 5 adults, there was no pullout couch only 2 beds. The fire alarm was beeping,a battery replacement was needed, we should not have arrive to that not to mention we had to rush to check in so our room wasn’t given away!!! We had to turn around and rush to go to our show, then we called to asked the Hotel to address the fire alarm issue while we’re were having dinner, we were told we needed to be in the room since there was no master key and we needed to be present. The bathrooms were a disgrace! The shower head seemed to be detaching from the wall and the corners of the tub on the outside were rusted, the piping under the sink was also visibly rusted, the flor was stained or dirty who kno knows we just had to lay towels on it. There was not enough towels for us however so we had to again ask for towels Ang wait a really long time. The windows were filthy this was supposed to be a room with a view but with filthy windows no view is a nice view. The ice machine on our floor was broken too! We didn’t feel comfortable on the hotels grounds. There is so much more to say…… but I will just end here!

Do NOT stay here! It was dirty, things did not work such as the elevators, the fire doors didn’t have alarms, the sprinklers seem to not be all working. The shampoo and conditioner was on the side of the tub inside of the wall. The stairway was not clearly marked. The only good thing about the hotel
