A sliding door at main entrance would be so convenient to customers having to negotiate two double doors with luggage or on a cart. Needs an upgrade the rooms; outlets are located underneath a bedside table … one has to get underneath the plug in for phone recharging. Sink water pressure sparse / shower curtains do not stay place due to holding bar is broken / tub floor gives / curtains torn and hanging loose from bars

The staff was overwhelmed when checking in as there was a line of guest waiting. The female associate tried to assist but as she was training it was overwhelming the male associate. We were given a room with a dirty looking shower. The room was uncomfortable that we could only stay for one night.
