Loved the upgrade to a suite. Made my day! Was disappointed they had event. There was no parking anywhere around hotel, even the back lot( which see.ed sketchy) and neighboring pizza place were full. Disheartening that as the hotel guest, had no place to park. Found the loud bass music, heard on 4th floor till midnight, inconvenient. Breakfast area was disgusting and messy with used trash laid on countertops. Staff there; but, im guessing due to large volume of guests (rude and downright disgusting ones), they gave up or couldnt keep up with the cleaning of the area. Front desk jose is always great! No darkening curtain in the bedroom area which was unfortunate. They offered to move me but i had already unpacked so just "magivered" the curtains to create some darkness to sleep. Stayed before and will again, esp if get upgraded to a suite!

Disgusting disappointment!

If you have standards at all, I do not recommend staying here! Did not appear to be in the safest area. Check in went well and the place smelled ok when you first walked in. They must of had something freshening the air in the lobby, because that's where it stayed. This was supposed to be a non-smoking establishment, but once you got past the lobby you were bombarded with stale cigarettes and marijuana. There were some pretty major cracks in the tile in the elevator. Literally shifted the floor under our feet making a loud clanking noise. The room was less than expected. Even with the dim lighting you could see it was gross. The bottom of the bath tub was absolutely disgusting. I thought it was a dirty bath mat, but no...it was staining from mold and mildew that had built up over time underneath a bath mat that hadn't been moved in some time. There were holes in the wall by the light sconces, and popcorn ceiling was peeling just outside the bathroom and along the outer wall of the room near the bed and window. The dresser that housed the fridge had the door ripped off and it just looked trashy. Don't even get me started on the complimentary breakfast. They were stingy with the breakfast. Putting limited supplies out then standing there watching as everyone went for the cereal since that was what was left. Limiting the waffle mix to a few half full cups at a time then ignoring the station altogether while there was a line waiting. We will never stay at another Comfort Inn!

I had an issue with my reservation on Tuesday evening 8/19 and it seemed like I was going to need to find other accommodations but the staff working there that night (Alex and Brian?) were exceptionally helpful and gracious and made it possible for me to book another room the same night. I cannot understate how kind and understanding they were and their how professional they were.
