This place is in the middle of a big remolding effort! But is still open! I know it’s just temporary but they could have said that! We stayed in room 501 and the floor is not level! The bed goes down hill! Seriously! I really don’t know how this hotel has such a high rating!

The room was ok but smelled like cleaner. I found a bug on my bed. Was not impressed with how dirty the elevator was. The remote only worked on one of the two tvs in the suite. Guess you get what you pay for.

The biggest complaint was the lack of sound deadening between rooms. We could hear regular conversations through the adjoining door. Which the deadbolt did not function properly. The place is in the midst of an upgrade and it certainly needs it. I will say the staff was nice and the price was right. Nice location, a short walk to the beach.

I was notified at check in that the indoor pool was not available, which was one of the reasons we chose that hotel. The hallways smelled strongly of pet odor and mildew. Our room was so pungent of mold, mildew, and pet odor that it caused my husband and daughter to have severe reactions. The floor was warped and we had to leave the premises within a few minutes. We had just completed an 8 hour trip and were very disappointed. We had to find occupancy elsewhere.
